Kine is a body-state dashboard for Apple Watch users. It reads heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity, energy expenditure, and other HealthKit data. Combined with live Apple Watch heart rate, Kine turns scattered signals into clear, actionable views of performance, recovery, body load, and training rhythm. With Kine, you can observe: • Current performance and body-load state • Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and activity trends • Live heart-rate feedback during workouts • Front-camera PPG pressure reference scans for personal trend observation • Nap detection and recovery prompts • High-load and overload signal reminders • 24-hour body-dynamics challenges with friends Kine is designed to organize health data into understandable state and trend signals. HealthKit data is processed on your device. The challenge feature uses CloudKit only for a randomized device ID, challenge status, and aggregated performance summaries. It does not upload raw HealthKit records, PPG waveforms, or complete health data. Kine does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, persistent palpitations, or other serious symptoms, seek professional medical help immediately. Nerves can feel like evidence that something is about to go wrong. Psyched helps you test that feeling against what actually happens. Before an exam, interview, presentation, tryout, or other high-pressure moment, log what you expect and rate your dread from 0–10. Run a short readiness protocol, then come back afterward to record reality. Over time, Psyched turns your own history into a clear dread-versus-reality chart. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Learn the app in a minute with Momo's hands-on tour • Log upcoming performance moments and your predicted dread • Use a focused 60–90 second readiness protocol • Compare each prediction with what actually happened • See your personal pattern across events • Find where your dread runs hottest, by kind of event, with two concrete next moves • See which body sensations show up most, and how those events actually went • Choose a companion voice for concise encouragement • Explore the research behind every major feature PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Psyched works offline without an account. Your entries stay on your device unless you enable optional iCloud sync or sign in to an optional Psyched account for server sync. Companion generation never receives your event titles, fears, focus intentions, outcome notes, username, or account details. Psyched is a performance psychology tool, not a medical or mental health service. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for professional care. IN MAINLAND CHINA Core logging, the readiness protocol, charts, the Next move card, and research work on your device. Companion encouragement uses bundled wording; live generated companion text and personalized readings are not offered on the China mainland App Store. If you downloaded Psyched from the China mainland App Store, optional Psyched accounts and server sync are hosted in mainland China. iCloud sync is a separate optional feature that depends on your Apple Account and iCloud availability.
