Ember helps you keep a clear record of migraine and headache days, treatments, and everyday impact. Designed by a practicing headache specialist, it brings the details you track into one calm place. DAILY TRACKING THAT STAYS FREE Record head pain, symptoms, medications, and how your day was affected. Review your history, track preventive treatments, and prepare reports for your clinician. Your diary, treatments, calendar, core insights, reports, and manual backup and restore remain free. A CLEARER PICTURE OVER TIME See your recorded migraine, headache, symptom, and clear days in a calendar. Review changes in frequency, severity, function, medication use, and treatment response. Ember's observations describe your records; they do not establish causes or make a diagnosis. OPTIONAL EMBER PLUS Plus adds personal patterns from supported connected data, pressure forecasts and optional weather alerts, encrypted automatic backups, and additional tracking tools. Ember Brief brings together selected observations when enough information is available. You choose which connections and features to enable. Findings depend on your records, permissions, and available source data. YOUR RECORDS, YOUR CHOICES Your diary is stored on your device. If you enable automatic backups, Ember uploads an encrypted copy for recovery. Connected services require their own setup and permissions. You decide when to export or share a report with your clinician. CALM AND ACCESSIBLE Ember uses a dark interface, larger-text support, screen-reader labels, and colorblind-aware displays. Optional tracking can be adjusted to suit your routine. SUBSCRIPTIONS Ember Plus is an optional auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Optional Support Ember purchases are separate from Plus and do not unlock paid features. Ember is a personal tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care. Use your records as a starting point for conversations with your clinician. About

HeadacheDiary,Migraine,Tracker

Features

Your records never disappear. Your doctor asked you to keep a headache diary. Then the app asked you to create an account. This one doesn't. No account — what you write stays on your device. ■ Usable while it hurts One question per screen. Pick an answer and it moves on by itself, so the number of taps equals the number of questions. Dark mode included. ■ Records what the clinic asks about · When it started and ended (duration) · How bad it was — the same 1 to 10 scale clinics use, shown as a number, a color and a face · Where it hurt — left / right / both / back of head and neck / all over · Whether you took a painkiller · A note — one line like "turned off all the lights" is enough Still hurting? Leave it open and tap "it's over" when it ends. ■ A month at a glance Pick a day on the calendar to see that day's entries. Days with headache and painkiller counts for the month are tallied for you. ■ Painkiller count, tracked for you If painkillers add up over a month, the app lets you know. It's a number that's hard to keep in your head. Bring it to your doctor. ■ One page for your appointment Your last three months, summarized into a single PDF: how many days you had a headache, how bad it was on average, how often you took a painkiller. Show it in the exam room or print it out. You can also export your full history as a file, and load it back when you change devices. ■ What's not here · No signup — open it and record · No account — your headache entries never leave the device · No ads — nobody wants ads while their head hurts · No subscription — it's free We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app. The contents of your entries are never part of it. This app is a tool for recording and organizing symptoms. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for medical judgment. Always consult a healthcare professional about your health.
