One calm place for your daily practice. Build the habits you want to keep. Make space from the patterns you want to leave behind. Monk brings habits, meditation, fasting, phone-free time and reflection together, so you can see your days more clearly. A PRACTICE THAT FITS YOUR LIFE Track reading, movement, meditation, breathwork and your own habits. Set a daily goal, choose specific weekdays or work toward a weekly rhythm. Keep private commitments alongside the habits you are building. SEE YOUR DAYS CLEARLY Use the calendar to review your record and correct past days. See your practice time, fasting history and progress by week or month in one place. Return to your routine without turning it into a competition. KEEP YOUR HABITS CLOSE Bring your calendar and progress to your Home Screen with widgets. Use Lock Screen widgets for a quick view, and follow fasts, phone fasts and practice timers with Live Activities. Private commitments stay off widgets and shared cards. MAKE ROOM FOR PHONE-FREE TIME Set a phone fast with a clear beginning and end. Optional Screen Time controls help you block distractions, with ordinary and strict sessions to choose from. FAST WITH INTENTION Choose a fasting goal and follow elapsed and remaining time with a clear timer. Keep a record of completed sessions and see your fasting history at a glance. MAKE MONK FEEL LIKE YOU Choose Monk, Stoa, Zen, Vesper, Rose or the artwork-free Simple appearance. Explore light and dark looks, choose day or night artwork, and select your app icon. Arrange Today around what matters to you, with separate controls for fasting and phone-free time. PAUSE AND REFLECT Make room for a daily thought, a short reflection or a quiet practice. Optional Apple Health access reads and writes Mindful Minutes only, with your permission. YOUR PRACTICE STAYS PRIVATE Use Monk offline without an account. Your practice stays on your iPhone unless you choose cloud sync and Sign in with Apple. Export your record when you want a copy. No ads in the app, and no tracking across other companies' apps and websites. To see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work, Monk uses Meta's SDK outside the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland: Meta learns when Monk is installed and opened and for how long, with a random install ID and basic device and network details (which can show your approximate area). Meta never gets your advertising ID or anything you record. You can turn this off in Settings. TRY IT FREE FOR 7 DAYS Monk is free to download. Start the free 7-day trial and everything works. After that, starting or logging anything new needs Unlock Monk, a single in-app purchase. What you have recorded stays yours to see and export. If you bought Monk before, everything stays unlocked. Monk is a tool for self-mastery and reflection, not medical advice or treatment.
