CardioWatch does two things. Every day, it tells you whether your body is tense or relaxed. And it puts to work the data your Apple Watch already records — data that mostly sits unread in the Health app — finding how it connects and where it's heading. Every comparison is against your own usual, not population averages. 1. YOUR DAILY STRESS STATE - Today in one sentence: where you are now, when today ran tightest, and whether it has eased since - Stress timeline: the whole day on a 5-level scale, based on subtle changes in the time between heartbeats (heart rate variability), compared with your personal 30-day baseline - Morning recovery: a recovery score for this morning, drawn from your sleep and overnight data - Weekly recap: which days ran tight and which were relaxed, with a summary every Sunday evening 2. MORE FROM YOUR WATCH DATA: PATTERNS AND TRENDS Your Apple Watch records far more than steps: the time between heartbeats, heart rate, resting and walking heart rate; sleep duration and stages, breathing rate and wrist temperature while you sleep; steps, exercise minutes, stand time, active energy, workouts and VO₂ max. CardioWatch reads them together: - Relationships: whether a short night, a late bedtime, a big workout the day before or a day of sitting goes along with how you are afterwards, and by how much - Rhythms: which weekday tends to run tight, how much later your weekends run, how regular your days are - Bounce-back: how long it usually takes you to recover after a low day or a short night - Body signals: resting heart rate, walking heart rate, sleeping breathing rate and wrist temperature, each compared only with your own usual, showing what differs from normal - Long-term trends: 7-, 30- and 90-day look-backs; how your heart rate at the same walking pace has changed; the direction of your cardio fitness (VO₂ max) and post-workout heart-rate recovery Analysis starts after at least 7 days of data, and differences too small to matter are left out. These are statistical relationships in your own data — not cause and effect, and not a health assessment. On nights you sleep without your watch, sleep is estimated from gaps in heart rate and steps, and clearly marked as an estimate. 3. ECG, RIGHT BESIDE YOUR STRESS Every ECG you record on your Apple Watch is processed on your iPhone: the full waveform, QTc, PR and QRS values with reference ranges, signal features marked on the trace, and the recording placed on that day's stress timeline so you can see the day around it. All values are for reference only — have your doctor interpret them. FREE FEATURES - Daily stress timeline against your own baseline - ECG waveforms with QTc / PR / QRS values, reference ranges and signal-feature labels - Symptom tagging after each recording - 7-day trends, weekly recap and recording streak - Home and lock screen widgets PRO FEATURES (Subscription) - How sleep, exercise and activity relate to your stress - 30- and 90-day look-backs: routine, bounce-back after a low day, heart rate at the same walking pace, ECG recordings on your stress curve - Stress calendar beyond the last 7 days - PDF summary for your doctor PRIVACY FIRST All data stays on your device. No cloud. No accounts. No tracking. IMPORTANT CardioWatch is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis. All measurements are for reference only. If you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, or difficulty breathing, call emergency services immediately. Requires Apple Watch Series 4 or later with ECG capability.
