Built for serious lifters running structured strength programs. Strength Cycle handles 5/3/1, 3x5 Strength, and Texas Method with the rigor each methodology demands. No generic templates. No bolted-on assumptions. Every program implemented with full methodology fidelity: - 5/3/1 — Wendler's percentage-based system with proper Training Max management, AMRAP top set logging, and complete 4-week cycle phases (5/5/5, 3/3/3, 5/3/1, deload). - 3x5 Strength — Linear progression for intermediate strength building, with smart deload triggers when progress stalls. - Texas Method — Volume/recovery/intensity weekly progression with PR-driven Training Max updates. MORE PROGRAMS COMING Strength Cycle is built program-first. More proven strength programs are in active development — each implemented with the same methodology fidelity as the three above. No half-baked templates, no generic "add your own program" placeholders. WHAT YOU GET - Exact prescribed percentages, never rounded into uselessness - AMRAP top set logging with automatic e1RM calculation (Epley formula) - Training Max progression tracked across cycles, with full phase context - Deload weeks handled with proper percentages — not skipped, not faked - Workout history filterable by lift, cycle, and phase - e1RM trend charts per lift across all cycles - Ask Coach — in-app assistant for AMRAP interpretation, TM management, assistance work selection, deload decisions, and program-specific programming questions BUILT BY A LIFTER Strength Cycle was built by a 30+ year lifter who got tired of programming apps that misunderstand the programs they claim to support. If you've ever rolled your eyes at an app rounding 67.5% to "70% — close enough" or skipping deloads entirely, this is the one that gets it right. FREE, NO SUBSCRIPTIONS, NO ADS Strength Cycle is free to download and use. No subscription tiers. No paywalled programs. No ads. Just the programs, done right.
Athlete Made Easy

Athlete Made Easy is training built the way athletes train. Open the app and today's session is waiting: the exercises, the sets, the reps and the weight. Do it, log it, and the app plans your next one. IT SETS YOUR WEIGHTS FOR YOU Log what you lifted and how many reps you got. Next time, the app tells you what to do: more reps, more weight, or hold steady. Your warm-up sets are worked out from that day's weight. No spreadsheets, no guessing. LOG A SET IN ONE TAP Every exercise is a card with its sets. Tap Done and the set is logged, and your rest starts. On iOS 17.2 and later your workout also shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: see your set, tap Done and watch your rest count down without opening the app. Add the widget to see today's workout and your team's next event at a glance. Timed holds and cardio count down on the Lock Screen too. ONE PROGRAM FOR THE ALL-AROUND ATHLETE Think general fitness, through the eyes of an athlete. The Athlete Made Easy program is a repeating cycle of jump days, sprint days, lower, upper and single-leg strength days, flexibility and easy cardio, and rest days that are actually easy. It's built to make you jump higher, get faster and get stronger. Repeat it as long as your numbers keep climbing. IT FITS YOUR GYM AND YOUR WEEK Pick your training days. Tell the app what your gym has and it swaps lifts to match. Miss a session and it moves to your next training day, so nothing gets skipped. YOUR JUMP KEEPS SCORE Your first jump day is your starting jump test. You test again after each deload, and any time six weeks have gone by since your last test. On any jump day you can log your best. How high you jump is the clearest sign you're getting more athletic, so you can see the work paying off. SEE IT WORKING Progress tracks what makes you athletic: your best jump, your strength for your size, your bounce, your speed and your body composition. See where you started and where you are now. AN AME COACH WHEN YOU WANT ONE AME 1-on-1 Coaching gives you your own AME coach: someone who knows you and answers you, by message and video. Ask questions, send videos of your sets and jumps, and get your program changed to fit you. It's billed on our website, never in the app. TRAIN AS A TEAM Team coaches run their team in the app for free: a join code, a team calendar, one program for the whole team and a team chat. Everyone trains on their own account, and a team coach's Team widget shows how many trained today. Parents can link their account to follow a kid's training, with a Kids widget of their own. NUTRITION WITHOUT THE HASSLE Search a food, scan a barcode, or take a photo of your meal or a Nutrition Facts label. Log a meal in seconds. See your calories and macros for the day. MADE BY AN ATHLETE Athlete Made Easy is built by a pro dunker whose best vertical is 47 inches. He trains on the same program you do. FREE FOR GOOD The app and every program are free, and so is everything a team coach does with a team. No ads. We never sell your data. WHO IT'S FOR High school and college athletes, whatever you play. Team coaches who want a more athletic team. Anyone who wants to train like an athlete instead of guessing at the gym. Your data stays yours. Delete your account and your personal details and videos are removed. Our Privacy Policy explains what's kept without your name on it.
