Pepti is the precision tracker for compounded GLP-1s, Retatrutide, and research peptides - with an AI Coach. Log every shot. Rotate injection sites across 12 zones. Read your bloodwork in context. AI COACH (Pro) Ask anything about peptide pharmacology: how compounds work, what a half-life means, and what published research says — every answer cites its source. The Coach explains the science with citations to published research. It never tells you what to take or how much. Answers grounded in pharmacology and your logged history - not a generic health chatbot. Every response includes citations to published research. The Coach does not give personal treatment advice; clinical decisions are referred to your healthcare provider. 12-ZONE INJECTION SITE HEATMAP (Pro) Track every injection across 12 anatomical zones - abdomen, thighs, glutes, delts. Pepti shows where you last injected and visualises rotation history. BLOODWORK READING (Pro) Upload your lab results and Pepti displays them against published reference ranges. The Coach explains what biomarkers mean - IGF-1, SHBG, hsCRP, testosterone, metabolic markers, liver function - referencing published research. WHOOP + APPLE HEALTH (Pro) Connect your WHOOP recovery data - HRV, resting heart rate, daily strain, sleep. Apple Health syncs steps, active calories, and HealthKit data. See how your logged compounds correlate with performance. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your stack stays on your device. When using the AI Coach, your messages and selected app context are sent to Anthropic to generate responses; you must explicitly consent before any data is shared, and you can revoke consent at any time in Settings. No data sold. No ads. Built by an independent developer. THE COMPOUNDS THAT MATTER Compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, ipamorelin, CJC-1295, tesamorelin, NAD+, selank, semax, thymosin alpha-1 and more. WHO IT'S FOR Built for users managing their own peptide protocols - compounded GLP-1s, research peptides, TRT, or a full longevity stack. If you want a free shot-reminder app, better options exist. If you want a precision instrument and an AI with deep pharmacology knowledge, Pepti is built for you. PEPTI PRO (SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED) The following features require an active Pro subscription: • AI Coach (with citations to published research) • Bloodwork reading • 12-zone injection site heatmap • Full compound library • WHOOP and Apple Health integration • Detailed progress analytics Pro Monthly: $12.99 USD / month Pro Annual: $79.99 USD / year (best value) Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Charged to your Apple ID at purchase. Manage in Apple ID settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://tessaro.com.au/privacy.html IMPORTANT: Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider in addition to using this app, and before making any medical decision. DISCLAIMER Pepti is a tracking tool for the shots you and your prescriber plan. Not medical advice. The Coach provides general pharmacology education with citations to published research; it does not recommend, prescribe or work out medication amounts for individual users. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, adjusting, or stopping any compound.

About

PM Running Co

Property managers, lace up. The PM Running Co Step Challenge is a friendly step competition built for the property management community, running from August 1 through September 30 and finishing with a 5K together at the NARPM Annual Convention in Las Vegas. Getting started takes about a minute. Download the app, sign up with your name, company, and NARPM chapter, and connect your step data. The app reads your daily step count straight from Apple Health, so whatever you already use to track your movement keeps working. There's nothing to start, stop, or remember. Your steps sync on their own, and if you take a walk with your phone in your pocket, it counts. Open the app to see where you stand. Your daily and total step counts are front and center, along with your streak and your pace against the rest of the field. The live leaderboard updates throughout the challenge, so you always know whether that evening walk moved you up a spot. You choose the display name you compete under, and you can hide from the public board at any time if you'd rather keep your numbers to yourself. Steps count three ways. You're competing as an individual, but your steps also roll up to your company and to your NARPM chapter. That means one walk feeds your own rank, your office's total, and your chapter's standing at the same time, and it turns a solo habit into something your whole team is in on. Watch your company climb, talk trash in the group chat, and see which chapter is quietly out-walking everyone. It ends in Vegas. The challenge wraps at the NARPM Annual Convention at Mandalay Bay, October 13–15, where we'll run a 5K together and hand out prizes to the top stepper, the top company, and the top chapter. You don't have to be a runner and you don't have to be fast. Show up, get your steps in, and meet the people you've been chasing on the leaderboard all summer. Registration is open now.
