Open the app, pick your brewer, pick your recipe. Scale on one side, kettle on the other, the phone tells you only what you need to know right now: how much water to pour, when to stop, how long until the next step. The timer keeps running even when you set the phone down, and a Live Activity on the Lock Screen keeps track of your brew while you reach for the cup. Inside Brewed you'll find five pour-over brewers: Hario V60, Kalita Wave, Chemex, Origami and Hario Switch. Each one comes with a small library of recipes: time-tested classics like the Rao Method, Tetsu Kasuya's 4:6 and the April Brew Guide, sitting alongside newer techniques built specifically for Switch and Origami. Every recipe is dialed in for ratio, grind and timing, so the first time you brew it you already know where to look when you want to push it further. And once the coffee is in the cup, the Journal remembers it for you: every brew lands on a calendar heatmap, with its parameters, grind and tasting notes.
