“Just 5 more minutes” turns into another 30. You already know the scroll is costing you. What you need isn’t more guilt, or some gamified way to “earn” your apps back - you need a system that’s simple to use and that works WITH your self-control. OneHour is built for that: 1) Set a daily screen time budget. 2) Start a session when you’re actually ready to use your apps. - This is where you become INTENTIONAL about how much time you want to scroll. 3) When time’s up, the apps are shielded again. No tricks, no workarounds - just a clear rule that makes you feel the weight of every minute. Plus - Live session countdown on Dynamic Island and the lock screen. - Modes and controls that let you match the rigidity to your life (tighter when you need it, a little room when you don’t). - Metrics and history so you can see whether you’re actually improving. OneHour doesn’t want your attention. It wants to give it back to you. Full access to all features requires an active subscription. Free to download and try. Every focus session is a voyage. Focus Passage turns your working time into a sailing passage between real harbours. Pick a port, spin the helm, and your boat sets out along a real coast. Stay with your work and she sails on. Put the phone down. Cross the sea. HOW IT WORKS • Pick a real harbour. Choose where you're headed from the harbours within reach of your session, anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. The longer you focus, the further you can go. • Spin the helm. The apps you chose go quiet the moment you set sail and stay that way until you arrive. • Sail. Watch your boat cross the chart in real time, over real water, past real headlands and lighthouses. • Arrive. Finish, and you wake up somewhere new. Stop early and you lose the miles. 1,149 REAL HARBOURS Every port is a real place, at its real position, and every passage is measured in real nautical miles along a route that stays in the water. Start from Lisbon, Brittany, the Chesapeake, the Cyclades, Sydney, the Caribbean — 56 coasts in 53 countries — and work your way along, one session at a time. THE WIND CHANGES EVERY DAY Each day brings its own weather, the same for everyone. A fresh breeze carries you further; a calm day asks for a little more patience. The wind decides how far you get — never how long you sit. YOUR APPS, SILENCED Choose the apps that pull you away — social, video, games, whatever steals your afternoon. During a session they stay shut. Focus Passage uses Apple's Screen Time and never learns which apps you picked: the choice stays on your iPhone. WHAT THE SEA TURNS UP Longer sessions go further out, and further out is where things happen. • Sightings — flying fish and dolphins, then turtles, sharks and whales. The albatross only appears on the longest passages. • Lighthouses raised as you round the headlands. • Messages in bottles, found drifting along the way. • A stamp for every harbour you reach. YOUR CAPTAIN'S LOG Every passage is written up in your logbook: miles sailed, hours focused, harbours reached, stamps, sightings and the notes you've found. It's a record of the time you took back — and a reason to sit down again tomorrow. YOUR YEAR, SAILED At a mile a minute, the hours that disappear into your phone add up to a real distance. Focus Passage shows you how far that time could carry you — and then helps you start sailing it. BUILT FOR DEEP WORK • Sessions from 30 to 90 minutes, sized for real work, study, reading or creative time • A gentle daily reminder at the hour you choose, on the days you choose • No streaks to break, no leaderboards, no noise — just the next harbour • Designed to be calm: one sea, one boat, one thing at a time Whether you're writing, studying for exams, coding, reading, or just tfternoon without scrolling, Focus Passage gives your attentionsomewhere to go.
