Keep every student conversation organized, searchable, and easy to revisit — built for teachers, counselors, and advisors who talk with students every day. QUICK, STRUCTURED LOGGING Log each session in seconds: date, time, duration, and method (in person, phone, or online). Classify by type — Academic, Behavioral, Career, Psychological, or Other — and add tags for context you'll want to search later. ONE STUDENT, FULL HISTORY See every session with a student in one place, in date order. Perfect for parent conferences, handovers, or just remembering where you left off. RICH NOTES Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, highlight, and font size — format your notes so the important parts stand out when you look back. STATS THAT HELP YOU SEE THE WHOLE CLASS Monthly trends, session-type breakdown, and — most importantly — a list of your least-counseled students. It's easy to lose track of quiet students; let the numbers point you to who needs attention. WEEKDAY REMINDERS A gentle nudge on weekdays to log today's conversations before they fade from memory. SYNC ACROSS DEVICES Sign in with Google or Apple and your records follow you — phone, tablet, or browser. EXPORT & BACKUP Export a student's full record or your entire roster as a PDF report, ready to print, share, or archive. Your data stays yours: records are stored securely under your account and never shared.
