The only unlock button is your body. PushBlock shields your distracting apps until you earn them back, one pushup at a time. No "tap ignore." No loopholes. If you want in, you work for it. Other blockers ask nicely, and you bypass them in two taps. PushBlock is different: it uses Apple Screen Time to make blocking real, and the only way past the shield is to put your phone down and do a pushup. Your camera counts the reps. You earn the minutes. You spend them on the apps that were eating your day. IMPOSSIBLE TO BYPASS Built on Apple's Screen Time engine. When an app is blocked, it stays blocked, until you earn time the hard way. EARN YOUR SCREEN TIME 1 pushup = 2 minutes. Your camera counts every rep in real time. Bank them into your daily pool and spend them when you choose. GET FIT WHILE YOU CUT BACK Every doomscroll urge becomes a set of pushups. Less screen time, more strength, without thinking about it. BLOCK WHAT STEALS YOUR FOCUS TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit: block everything, or pick your worst offenders. Keep the apps you actually need. BUILD A STREAK Stay under your limit and keep your streak alive. Daily quests keep you honest. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps to block. 2. Try to open one, and PushBlock shields it. 3. Do pushups to earn minutes, then spend them. That's the deal. "I got ripped and lost my social media addiction." "I finally feel free from my phone." "I feel like I got my brain back." You don't quit a habit. You replace it. Download PushBlock and make your phone earn its place in your day. PushBlock requires Screen Time permission to block apps. A subscription unlocks full blocking after a free trial; terms shown in-app. Cancel anytime. If you have any ideas or questions, please email us at hello@mathroda.dev *THE APP REQUIRE A SUBSCRIPTION. Build a daily movement habit one set at a time with DayPush. Create up to 20 named tabs for different exercises, routines, or household members. Each tab has its own daily goal, history, statistics, interface color, and completion symbol. Choose the goal that fits each routine: • Day of the year — match the target to the current day number. • Fixed — use the same target every day. • Increasing — start at your level and raise the goal by your chosen amount each day. Record each set in seconds with quick-add buttons or enter any positive amount. DayPush preserves every day’s original goal, so later settings changes do not rewrite history. See progress clearly: • independent list and calendar history for every tab; • daily completion and remaining reps; • total reps and weekly and monthly results; • current and best streaks; • completed days, average set, and largest set. Make progress feel visible without random rewards. Choose a star, trophy, heart, lightning bolt, or simple coin-style symbol for the deterministic goal-completion animation. An optional movement garden or starry sky fills gradually with today’s progress and starts fresh each day. Set local reminders independently for each activity, with selected weekdays, exact times, evenly spaced reminders, or reminders based on progress. Pause all reminders without losing schedules. Activities due at the same time are grouped into one notification. Reminders are queued up to a week ahead and refreshed when you open the app. Your data stays under your control. DayPush works offline, requires no account, includes no advertising or analytics, and stores activity data locally on your device. Export a JSON backup whenever you want and restore it after confirmation. Additional features: • English and Russian; • light, dark, and system themes; • no subscription or in-app purchases; • no internet connection required. DayPush is a general fitness and wellness tool and does not provide medical advice. Exercise at a level appropriate for you.
