Tempo training works — 3 seconds down, 1 second pause, 1 second up — but keeping that rhythm in your head while also tracking which rep and which set you are on is nearly impossible. TempoTutucu does the counting so you can put everything into the lift. DON'T COUNT. JUST FOLLOW. Set your tempo once, for example 3-1-1-1. Every second is marked with its own sound and vibration: a low tick while you lower, a soft pulse in the pause, a bright tone as you lift. Each phase change is announced clearly, so you can follow the whole set without looking at the screen. EVERYTHING IS COUNTED FOR YOU One tempo cycle is one rep, so reps add up on their own. When you hit your target the set ends, the rest timer starts, and the next set is announced. You never have to look for a number in your head. BUILD YOUR WORKOUT DAY Create a program with your exercises in order — tempo, reps, sets, rest and weight for each one. Start it once and the app walks you through the whole session. Deadlifts and rows can start with the lifting phase instead of the lowering one. MOVES WITHOUT A TEMPO Wall sits, planks and other isometric holds get their own mode: one timed hold per set, with the same set and rest flow around it. APPLE WATCH The Watch app gives you the tempo on your wrist. A distinct haptic marks the lowering and lifting phases, so you can leave your phone in your bag. It runs a proper Health workout, shows your live heart rate, and keeps recording after the tempo work is done if you want to add extra exercises. YOUR PHONE CAN STAY IN YOUR POCKET Audio keeps playing in the background, and a live view of the current phase, rep and set stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. A LOG THAT BUILDS UP Every finished workout is saved with the sets, reps, weights and holds you actually did — including the sets you cut short. Workouts can also be written to Apple Health as strength training. PRIVATE BY DESIGN TempoTutucu has no server, no account and no ads. It collects nothing about you — no analytics, no tracking. Your workouts stay on your device, and your Health data never leaves it. FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL THANK YOU Everything above is free. If the app earns a place in your gym bag, a single one-time purchase unlocks the extra sound packs and supports further development. No subscription, ever.
