Most people only read the first three lines before they decide. These three carry the pitch. Rove is a navigation app for people who just want to get where they're going. There are no ads, you never make an account, and the map stays out of your way. Talk to it Tap the orb and say what you want. "Take me to the nearest Starbucks." "Is Chipotle open?" "Add a gas stop." Rove understands normal sentences, so you aren't digging through menus while you drive. Parking before you get there Tap P and Rove shows lots, garages and street parking near where you're headed, with walk times, and prices when they're known. Pick one and it reroutes you straight to it. When you park, Rove remembers the spot and walks you back to it later. Places, with the useful stuff up front Every place opens to its hours, a live drive time, call and website buttons, photos, and the things people actually ask about, like drive-thru, parking and payment options. Landmarks come with their history too. Routes and traffic Compare routes side by side with live traffic. Set a later departure time and Rove estimates the drive for when you'll actually leave. Skip tolls, highways or ferries in one tap. Navigation Clear voice guidance in the voice you pick, a smooth map that stays on the road with you, and fast rerouting when you miss a turn. Rove turns your music down while it talks and back up when it's done. CarPlay Search, favorites, nearby places, parking and turn-by-turn on your car's screen. Mars Mode For no practical reason, you can drive on Mars. Flip it on and the whole map turns red, with a little rover as your puck. Your data stays yours No sign-up and no ads. Rove doesn't keep your location history or searches on a server.

Roadmeter

Roadmeter turns your iPhone into a precise, GPS-powered speedometer — no dashboard required. • GPS-accurate speed at a glance — mph, km/h, or knots • Speed limit alerts — sound, voice, or haptic the instant you go over • HUD mode: your speed mirrored in the windshield after dark • 8 dial styles — Digital, Analog, Minimal, Circuit, Night City, Brass, Cockpit, Phosphor — plus light, dark, night, and daylight themes • Automatic trip log: distance, duration, max speed, and a map trace of your route • Export any trip as GPX or CSV Calibrate Roadmeter to your exact dashboard so the number you see on your dash and the true GPS speed finally agree — factory dashboards commonly read a few percent high, more after a tire-size change. Everything that matters runs on your device. Roadmeter needs no account and no internet connection to work, shows no ads, and never tracks you. Your location and your trips never leave your iPhone. Whether you're keeping pace on the interstate, watching for a school-zone limit, or just curious how fast you're really going, Roadmeter gives you a clean, accurate answer at a glance. ROADMETER PRO The free version includes the digital dial, HUD mode, speed limit alerts, and one saved trip. Roadmeter Pro unlocks all dial styles and accent colors, unlimited trip history, motion analytics, and alternate app icons. Available as a yearly subscription — with a 3-day free trial — or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
