Water Tracker for Dummies is a fast, offline water tracker for iPhone and iPad. Tap a drink, refill a named bottle, or tell Siri, and watch today's ring fill up. NEW IN 2.0: LOG WITHOUT OPENING THE APP • Interactive Home Screen widgets show today's progress ring and log a drink with one tap. • Lock Screen widgets keep your progress in view. • A Control Center button logs a glass from anywhere (iOS 18 and later). • Siri and Shortcuts: "Log water in Water Tracker for Dummies" or "How much water have I had in Water Tracker for Dummies". Add it to the Action button for one press logging. • Optional Apple Health sync saves each drink to Health as Water. It is off by default and never reads your Health data. EVERYTHING INCLUDED One purchase, no subscription and no ads. Widgets, Siri, Health sync and detailed insights are often paid upgrades in hydration apps; here they are part of the app. LOG ANY WAY YOU LIKE Tap a glass, mug, bottle or tumbler, enter a custom amount, pick from a catalog of 45+ drinks, or refill a named bottle from Bottle Bench. Fix a missed day with past-day entry. Undo any drink. STAY ON PACE Routine Coach shows whether you're ahead or behind an even pace, and the catch-up plan suggests what to drink next. Hydration Rhythm shows how evenly you spread drinks across the day. On-device reminders nudge you during your waking hours. SEE YOUR HABITS Weekly history, goal days, streaks, best days and all-time insights. A goal calculator uses your weight, activity and climate and shows its sources. An optional hydration index weights coffee, milk and other drinks by how much fluid they provide. YOUR UNITS, YOUR DATA Show everything in ounces, milliliters or cups. Export and import your history any time. No account, no analytics, no cloud: records stay on your device unless you export them or turn on Apple Health sync. Water Tracker for Dummies provides general wellness information only. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition and does not replace guidance from a qualified professional.

Repline is a strength-training log, and it's free. No subscription. No account. No ads. No "Pro" version that nags you to upgrade. Nothing to buy, ever — just a lifting log, and that's the whole deal. WHAT IT DOES Build a routine, start it, and log your sets. Weight, reps, done. The screen you use most is the one you're looking at, and there's nothing on it you have to learn. • Routines you build once and reuse forever • Fast set logging — weight, reps, and a big Complete Set button • Per-set rest timers, with an alert that reaches you even with the app closed and your wrist down • Warm-up sets, kept out of your working-set numbers • Supersets, per-exercise notes, and sticky notes IT JUST SYNCS TO YOUR WATCH This is a real Apple Watch app, not a remote control. Log the whole session from your wrist if you want to. • Start on either device, finish on either device • Sets you log on one show up on the other, mid-workout • Rest countdown and a buzz on your wrist • Nothing to pair, nothing to sign in to — install it and it's already synced IT KEEPS SCORE • Personal records tracked automatically — weight, reps, and volume • A record and a history for every exercise you do • Your full workout history IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Your training data lives on your device. There's no server, because there's no account. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is sold — there are no ads to target and no subscription to sell you on. Optionally, Repline writes finished workouts to Apple Health. That's the only place your data goes, and only if you say yes. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO Repline doesn't do plate math, body measurements, progress photos, macro tracking, coaching, or social feeds. If you want those, there are good apps that do — most of them for a yearly subscription. This one is for people who just want to write down what they lifted. iPhone + Apple Watch. Free. That's it.
