Shift Work Planner vs Shift Calendar

Shiftara helps you create recurring shift schedules quickly and neatly on your iPhone, then add them directly to your iOS calendar. Instead of entering every shift manually, you create your shift templates once, build your rotation, and sync the finished plan in just a few taps. What Shiftara offers: • Custom shift templates with names, times, locations, and colors • Recurring shift rotations with a flexible number of weeks • Start date, entry week, and planning range for your schedule • Planning with or without weekends • Preview before exporting to calendar • Export to an existing calendar, a new calendar, or separate calendars by shift type • Color-coded calendars by shift type for better overview • Manage multiple independent plans on one device Perfect for anyone working shifts who wants to organize their schedule in a reliable, clear, and simple way without complicated spreadsheets. Your data stays on your device. Shiftara uses calendar access only to write the shifts you planned into the calendar you choose.
