You are a young chocolatier with one shop and a dream. Source cocoa, perfect recipes, and build an empire across fifteen cities, from Pittsburgh row houses to Tokyo flagships to a townhouse in Paris with a blue door. Peers is a tycoon simulation with real stories inside it. Every city hides a season: people to meet, choices that stick, and endings that become short films scored with original music. In Paris you help a student director make his movie and decide how it ends. In New York you rebuild a block that can't be bought, only backed. Some stories are never announced anywhere. You find them, or you hear about them from someone who did. The business runs deep and the clock is honest. Weeks pass, markets move, rivals undercut you, reputations compound. Open shops, run factories, throw the biggest rave ever, sign wholesale deals, take your company public, buy the buildings your empire works in, and spin the globe to book your next flight. FEATURES • Fifteen cities with hand-illustrated maps, from Bermuda's pink sand to Montmartre's stairs • Story seasons with branching choices, original soundtracks, and films you shape yourself • A full economy: production, retail, R&D, stocks, IPOs, acquisitions, real estate • Chocolate raves, festivals, racing leagues, a museum of your own history, a headquarters with its own computer • Weekly progression across decades; your founder ages with the company • No ads, no in-app purchases, no data collection Build the biggest chocolate company on earth, or stay small and know everyone's name. Both are endings. The dynasty is yours to define.

Second Unit is a single-player film studio management simulation. You start with a rented office, a modest credit line, and nobody returning your calls — and you have five in-game years to turn that into something. When the run ends, you're a major, absorbed by one, or in liquidation. THE PARALLEL PIPELINE Run two to five pictures through a seven-stage production pipeline at once — development, greenlight, pre-production, shooting, post, marketing, release. Slate capacity and cash runway are the only limits. There's no energy bar to wait out. TWO SCORES, NO BLACK BOX Every finished picture gets a critic score and an audience score, and the Post-Release Report itemizes exactly what earned each point. Nothing about how a film's quality is decided is hidden from you. THE RELEASE CALENDAR Six rival studios each hunt a different season, and they've been claiming the good weeks for years before you got there. Every release date is a decision made against a board that's already half full. PRESTIGE VS. CLOUT Chasing critical prestige costs you commercial clout, and vice versa — where the two land after five years decides which of six possible endings your studio reaches. FRANCHISES, TALENT, AND INSTITUTIONS Build a franchise off a hit and manage the upkeep and audience fatigue that come with it. Cast real talent with real availability windows. Keep the trades, the guilds, and the exhibitor circuit on your side — or don't. FULLY OFFLINE Second Unit runs entirely on your device. No account, no server, and no internet connection required to play. Idle progress is computed honestly from real elapsed time, never a background timer. Every studio, film, talent, and award depicted is entirely fictional, generated by the game. Any resemblance to real people, studios, or works is coincidental. Optional one-time purchases in the Front Office add content packs and a full unlock — never anything that makes your studio better at making pictures.
