A real email address โ€” that disappears in 10 minutes. PuffMail generates a real, working inbox on demand. Receive the verification code or signup email you actually need, read it inside the app, then watch the address self-destruct. Your real email stays private. No spam follow-up. No traces. Use it for: - Signing up for a forum, newsletter, or free trial without handing over your real address - Receiving a one-time verification code (OTP) without joining a marketing list - Testing email flows during app development or QA - Reading articles or downloading files locked behind an email wall - Browsing classifieds or marketplaces without exposing your inbox - Anywhere you'd rather not commit your real email to a service you might use once โ€” WHY PUFFMAIL IS DIFFERENT Most temp mail tools are clunky web pages โ€” refresh-spam the tab and hope the code arrives. PuffMail runs natively. The address is real, the inbox is live, and incoming mail shows up in-app the instant it lands. No tab juggling, no broken refresh. Most temp mail tools also have no commitment from you, which means no commitment from them either โ€” slow servers, missed mail, silent drops. PuffMail's subscription tier funds infrastructure that prioritizes delivery, so verification codes actually arrive in seconds. โ€” FEATURES - Real, working email address generated in one tap - 10-minute live inbox view inside the app - Reliable receipt of OTPs, verification codes, and signup confirmations - Address self-destructs at the end of the window โ€” nothing to clean up - Read, search, and copy received messages without leaving the app - Subscription tiers for unlimited disposable emails; credit packs for pay-as-you-go - 1 free email on signup โ€” PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN PuffMail exists to keep your real inbox out of marketing databases. Every disposable address is independent โ€” we never link it to your real email, never sell received content, and never email you outside what you explicitly subscribe to. After the 10-minute window the inbox and its contents are deleted from our servers. To be clear: PuffMail is a personal privacy tool. It cannot send mail, only receive. It is not for creating fake accounts to abuse other services, and not for circumventing platform security. It is for the everyday case where giving away your real email costs more than the thing you're signing up for is worth. โ€” PRICING & SUBSCRIPTION - 1 free email on signup โ€” try it before paying anything - Credit packs (one-time purchase): 1 credit = 1 disposable email, pay-as-you-go for occasional use - PuffMail Pro Monthly โ€” auto-renewing subscription, unlimited disposable emails - PuffMail Pro Yearly โ€” auto-renewing subscription, unlimited disposable emails (best value) Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the App Store. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. We run no servers, so there is nothing of yours on one. A call from our hosting provider started it. They asked whether one of our important addresses had anything to do with a big cloud company โ€” it didn't. It turned out the mail app we were using was routing through that company to deliver push notifications. We had tried nearly every mail app by then and were never quite happy, so we built our own. Here is why that call mattered. To push a notification for an ordinary IMAP account, an app has to keep your password โ€” or a token that opens the same door โ€” on its own server, and watch your mailbox from there. Postfach never does this. Your password stays in your Keychain, and new mail is announced by your own device once it has fetched it: on the Mac within seconds while the app is running, on the iPhone whenever iOS grants a check in the background. Instant push is the one thing we gave up, and that is why. WHAT IT DOES - Any IMAP account: Zimbra, Gmail, and the rest. Zimbra servers are found from the address alone. - Write, reply, forward, and send, with attachments. - All Inboxes: one list over every account, newest first, with each message acting on its own account. - Conversations, with replies from every folder gathered under the message you are looking at. - Every message kept on your device in full, so reading works offline and search finds words anywhere in years of mail in a fraction of a second. - Templates with placeholders for the replies you write again and again. - Folders: create, rename, move, and delete them, on the server. - Swipe to delete, flag, mark as junk, or archive. - New-mail notifications from your own device, once it has fetched, per account, and the unread count on the icon. - HTML mail rendered with scripts off and remote images blocked until you ask for them. - Light and dark appearance. English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, nothing measured and sent anywhere. No AI: no summaries, no smart replies, no sorted inbox, and no model of ours or anyone else's sees a word of your mail. No account with us, because there is nothing to have an account for. That is why the privacy label reads "Data Not Collected", and why there is no setting to turn any of it off: none of it is there. PRICING Every feature is free for 60 days. After that, sending and receiving mail need a single purchase, Postfach Pro โ€” one price for your Mac, iPhone, and iPad, no subscription. Mail already on your device stays readable and searchable whether you buy or not.
