Forge is a recovery app built around one idea: cravings pass. The urge you're feeling right now will be gone in 90 seconds. Forge gets you through those 90 seconds — and every one after that. STREAK TRACKING A live clock counts every hour, minute, and second you've stayed clean. No rounding, no approximation. Real time. AI COACH A private recovery coach that knows your addiction, your patterns, and where you are in your journey. Talk through a craving, plan your week, or just have someone there at 2am. RECOVERY GAMES Three science-backed mini-games that train the exact mental skills sobriety demands — impulse control, pattern interruption, and sitting with discomfort without acting on it. DAILY TRIO Three actions every day: check in, play a game, write in your journal. Hit all three and earn bonus coins. Small wins compound. BOSS BATTLES Every weekend, a Pro-tier challenge drops. Beat the week's Boss and earn coins. Miss it and it's gone until next Friday. VICE GRIP PLAN A personalized recovery protocol built from your intake answers. Clinical-grade structure, without the clinical price tag. SOS MODE When a craving hits hard, one tap opens breathing exercises, urge surfing, and your personal coping toolkit — ranked by what's actually worked for you. MONEY SAVED Tell Forge what you used to spend per week. Watch it become months of rent, a vacation, a guitar — the thing you actually want. YOUR COHORT See how many people who started the same addiction in the same week as you are still going. You're not doing this alone. TREE GARDEN Your sobriety grows a tree. Water it daily. Let it wilt and it shows. A living metaphor you can see. BADGES, XP & COINS Every action earns something. Missions, daily challenges, streaks, milestones — all tracked, all rewarded. Works for: nicotine, alcohol, weed, pornography, gambling, gaming, sugar, caffeine, opioids, and more. Forge Pro unlocks the AI Coach, Boss Battles, Vice Grip advanced days, and unlimited game levels. Free trial available. About

Forge

Forge is a workout log that tells you what to lift next time. Log your sets in a quick table. Forge looks at what you did and works out the weight and reps for your next session, using weights you can actually put on the bar. Every target comes with a one-line reason, so you always know why it went up, held or eased off. LOG FAST • One tap to tick a set. Last session's numbers are already filled in. • Warm-up, drop and failure sets, notes per exercise and a rest timer that keeps running in the background. • Plate math under every barbell set: "80 kg = bar + 25 + 5 each side". • A typo can't become a record: Forge asks before logging a weight far above your best. • Start from a routine or an empty workout. Swap or add exercises mid-session. • About 350 exercises with illustrations, plus your own custom exercises. KNOW WHAT'S NEXT (FORGE PRO) • Targets follow double progression: add reps across your range, then add weight. • Steps match your equipment. Forge learns which plates, dumbbells and machine pins your gym has, and never suggests a weight you can't load. • Bodyweight moves count. Pull-ups and dips get rep targets, and your body weight goes into their volume and estimated 1RM. • Planned deload weeks, and a heads-up when a lift has stalled, with options like a new rep range or a swap. SEE YOUR WEEK • A front and back muscle map shaded by hard sets in the last 7 days. • Main muscles count a full set, helpers count half, warm-ups don't count. • Personal records for every lift, and estimated 1RM trends with Pro. ROUTINES • Start from Full Body, Upper / Lower or Push Pull Legs, or build your own. • Set the rep range, rest and progression for each exercise. • Editing or deleting a routine never touches your history. YOUR DATA • No account and no sign-up. • Workouts sync through your own iCloud account, so a new iPhone picks up where you left off. • Everything works offline. • Saves workouts to Apple Health if you allow it. • Export everything as JSON, or delete it all from Profile. FREE AND PRO Logging, history, records, routines, templates, custom exercises, the rest timer, plate math, the weekly muscle map and iCloud sync are free. Forge Pro adds the next-session targets and their reasons, deload weeks and stall alerts, where each muscle's sets came from, and strength trends. Pro is $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, with a 2-week free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. WHAT CHANGED IN 2.0 Forge no longer uses AI. Programs come from templates or from you, and targets come from fixed rules that run on your iPhone. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Forge is a training log, not a medical device. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition.
