Hydration, made fluid. Most trackers turn a glass of water into paperwork. IdroFlow does the opposite โ€” it gets out of the way. One tap, and the day moves on. The whole app is built from restrained glass surfaces that let your progress show through, with motion that behaves like the thing it is tracking. Clear, quiet, and calm enough to keep using on the days you would rather not think about it. A tap is the whole ritual Your usual drinks are waiting where you left them. Tap one and it is logged โ€” no forms, no sliders, no arguing with a keyboard. Water, coffee, tea, or something you named yourself, in the amount you actually drink. Logging should cost you nothing, so it costs you a second. The numbers tell the truth Not every drink hydrates the same way, and IdroFlow does not pretend otherwise. A 350 ml coffee counts for what it really contributes, and the arithmetic happens on screen where you can see it. One honest goal, instead of a dashboard to manage. Reminders with a sense of timing Choose the hours that suit your day and they stay out of the rest of it. Reach your goal and they stop until tomorrow. Nothing buzzes just to prove the app is still installed. Where you already are Log from Apple Watch with the Digital Crown, with or without your iPhone nearby โ€” including after a workout, when it matters most. Keep today on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, or just ask Siri. Water and sparkling water flow through to Apple Health, and everything you log follows you between devices through your own iCloud account. New in 2.0 Today, Timeline and Insights have been rebuilt around one idea: hydration, made fluid. The same calm surface across iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Insights read the rhythm of your recent days and tell you what actually changed โ€” not what a chart looks like. IdroFlow Plus Custom drinks with your own names, colors and hydration values. Up to eight quick-add buttons. Adaptive reminders that follow how your days usually go. The complete set of insights. Extra widgets and Watch complications. And, if your device supports it, logging from a photo or by writing what you drank โ€” both use Apple Intelligence, and need a compatible device, an up-to-date iOS and a supported language. No ads, and no account to create. What you drink stays yours โ€” it lives in your own iCloud and Apple Health, and nobody at IdroFlow can see it. IdroFlow Plus is available as an in-app purchase. Loop

LOOP โ€” EVERYTHING YOUR WATCH KNOWS, IN ONE CLEAR OVERVIEW Your Apple Watch measures more than you ever get to see. Loop shows all of it on one calm page, no searching, no tapping through menus. Open the app and your latest run is right there: distance, pace, heart rate, splits, the weather, the route. Swipe for the run before it. CLASSIC DESIGN Warm paper, one amber accent, big clear numbers. No loud colors, no feed, no ads, no account, no subscription. Loop is designed like a good instrument: everything you need, nothing that distracts. THE WEATHER DURING YOUR RUN What no other app does: the weather at the moment you ran. Temperature, feels-like, rain and UV, and for every kilometer whether you had a headwind or a tailwind, calculated from the wind direction and your heading. Now you know why that one kilometer felt harder. WHEN TO GO A score from 1 to 10 for running, cycling, walking and outdoor sports, right now and hour by hour for the rest of the day, with the reason: warm, wind, rain, strong sun. "Best from 6 to 8 pm" โ€” that's all you need to know. EVERYTHING YOUR WATCH RECORDS โ€ข Splits per kilometer or mile with pace, heart rate, wind and temperature โ€ข Heart rate, cadence, running power, stride length, ground contact time, vertical oscillation, elevation โ€ข Cycling power, cadence and speed from paired sensors โ€ข The route on a map โ€ข Charts in your order: put what matters to you at the top RECORDS Your fastest 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 km, half marathon, 25, 30, 40 km, marathon and 50 km โ€” the top three per distance, even when it was a stretch inside a longer run. A run with a record gets a medal. WORKOUTS Create a pace run, heart rate run or intervals on your iPhone (warm-up, blocks by distance or time, repeats, cool-down). They go to the Watch by themselves. While running you see a speedometer: up is on target, left too slow, right too fast; outside the band you get taps. Share a workout as a TCX file with Strava, Garmin or Komoot. LIST AND FAVORITES All workouts by month, filtered by running, cycling, walking, swimming, other, distance and favorites. Tap and you're in the run. PRIVACY Everything stays on your iPhone. Loop only reads from Health, writes nothing, and has no server of its own. Weather comes from Apple Weather. For iPhone, with workouts from Apple Watch or any app that writes to Health, such as Strava or Garmin. English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish. Kilometers or miles, ยฐC or ยฐF, following your device.
