Focus without willpower. Aegis blocks distracting apps at the OS level — enforced by iOS, not by resolve. Choose which apps to block, set a duration, and start. For that time, those apps are inaccessible. The name comes from the Greek aigis — the divine shield of Zeus and Athena. Impenetrable, elemental, the symbol of absolute protection. Aegis does the same for your attention. THE NFC RITUAL Pair any standard NFC tag and tap it to begin a session. Tap it again to end. The physical tap matters — a deliberate gesture rather than another button on a screen. The tag is optional; the app works without it. WHAT AEGIS DOESN'T DO No streaks. No session history. No scores. No notifications outside a session. No social features. The reward is the work — not a number on a screen.

Focus, your way. Flowtime is a flexible, friction-free focus timer and time tracker designed around a simple idea: starting should be easy, and your timer should adapt to how you focus. Start with one tap. Choose how you want to focus. Stay aware of passing time without constantly watching the clock. When you’re done, see where your time went and celebrate the milestones along the way. FOCUS WITHOUT RIGID RULES Not every task fits into a 25-minute timer. Use a simple timer, Pomodoro, Flowmodoro, or your own custom setup. Flowtime gives you structure when you want it without forcing every focus session into the same routine. STAY AWARE OF TIME Deep in a task and suddenly an hour has passed? Gentle reminders help you notice passing time without automatically ending your session. They’re useful for deep work, long creative sessions, hyperfocus, and time blindness. REDUCE DISTRACTIONS App Shielding helps keep distracting apps out of reach while you focus. When you deliberately choose to open one, Flowtime adds a moment of friction before you continue. SEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES Your sessions become a record of how you spend your focus time. Explore your history, filter your statistics, organise sessions into projects, and discover your own patterns. CELEBRATE YOUR PROGRESS Unlock achievements as you use Flowtime and reach new focus milestones. Achievements are designed to celebrate progress without turning focus into a streak you have to maintain. Share the achievements you’re proud of, or simply keep them for yourself. BUILT FOR LESS FRICTION • One-tap focus timer • Pomodoro and Flowmodoro • Custom timer setups • Time-awareness reminders • App Shielding • Projects • Session history • Focus statistics and filters • Shareable achievements • Light and dark themes • Custom accent colours USE IT YOUR WAY Flowtime can be a work timer, study timer, deep-work companion, time tracker, Pomodoro alternative, or simply a way to make passing time easier to notice. Its time-awareness tools can also be useful for experiences such as hyperfocus and ADHD time blindness, without defining how or why you use the app. No account. No complicated productivity system between you and what you want to do. Open Flowtime. Start. Focus your way.
