ISP Tycoon

Start with a few streets. Build the network an entire city depends on. ISP Tycoon is a hands-on business strategy simulation where you design and operate an internet provider cable by cable. Place poles and hubs, connect homes and businesses, choose copper or fiber, and turn growing demand into a profitable telecom network. Expansion creates opportunity—and pressure. A cheap route may save cash today but become tomorrow's bottleneck. Poor coverage costs customers. Congestion and outages hurt satisfaction and reputation. Every upgrade is a trade-off between capacity, reliability, and profit. BUILD THE NETWORK • Plan routes across streets, neighborhoods, and varied terrain. • Connect homes, shops, offices, and corporate customers. • Deploy copper, fiber, hubs, data centers, and high-capacity backbones. • Watch traffic move through the infrastructure you designed. RUN THE BUSINESS • Track cash, daily revenue, operating costs, customers, and reputation. • Invest where demand is growing and expand without overbuilding. • Add capacity before overloaded routes slow the entire operation. • Resolve support problems and protect service quality. MASTER 14 CAREER OPERATIONS Grow from your first neighborhood to Fiber Capital through 14 career maps. Adapt your strategy to dense cities, coasts, deserts, mountains, valleys, and islands. Each operation tests coverage, efficiency, quality, and financial control. BUILD WITHOUT LIMITS Take what you learned into Sandbox mode, design larger networks, optimize every route, and create the ISP you want. If you enjoy tycoon games, business management, logistics, city building, and network optimization, ISP Tycoon gives you a company where every cable matters. Start small. Connect every building. Can you scale the network without losing control? --- ISP Tycoon is a fictional single-player strategy and logistics simulation game for entertainment. It does not provide or facilitate real-world internet or telecom services.
MOBBING

You are a middle manager. Management wants an employee "gone", but nobody will put that in writing. The only thing that ends up in writing is your initials. Every day a document lands on your desk: an incident report, a performance form, a leave request, a written warning. Two options at the bottom, each with a box for your initials. Whichever one you initial is what happens, and the company stamps its own decision on top of yours. 485 documents. 11 separate closings, and not one of them says "you won". HOW THE FILE WORKS Read the document, initial one of the two options. The options change sides from one document to the next: initialling the same way without reading will lose. Swipe down and the document goes into your own file. Evidence accumulates, and so does the pressure on you. You need evidence to bring a case; get noticed collecting it and the file turns on you. Four meters are kept: pressure, conscience, team, career. None of them has a "good" side. The game does not offer you the right option, it only asks you to sign. As your endurance runs down the ink fades, the paper wears and the stamp prints incomplete. These are not defects: they are the only reading you get on your health. WHAT YOU ARE READING All 485 documents were written by one person, drawing on labour law, ILO conventions, court rulings and academic research. Each one carries its source at the foot of the page. No invented cases. THE COMPANY IS INVENTED There is no company called MAUF GROUP. The form codes, department names and white-yellow-pink copy system are all fiction. Nothing here represents a real organisation, person or brand. YOU ARE NOT THE VICTIM This game puts you in the chair of the person doing the mobbing. The point is to show, from the inside, how pressure comes dressed as procedure. Every document offers the option to refuse, and refusing costs you something. As it does in life. When the file closes you get a note based on what you went through: where someone facing mobbing can turn, and what they can do. Free. No ads, no account, no server, no data collection. Works entirely offline. Optional purchases appear only when a file closes; they are not needed to see the game. 16 languages. VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion supported.
