How many hot flashes this week? How did you sleep, and how was your mood? You don't have to remember. When a hot flash hits, one tap is enough, and Pausa shows you how your week went, all in one place. Menopause and the years before it are hard to keep track of in your head. What you write stays with you. No sign-up: we don't ask for an email or a password. No ads, and your information is never sold. Pausa has no servers, so we can't see what you write. Your entries are part of your iPhone's own backup. You can lock Pausa with Face ID if you like. Everything in Today. When a hot flash hits, tap the circle: you see right away how many you've had today and when the last one was. You can also log from the Lock Screen, on Apple Watch or by asking Siri. Add your sleep and mood with one tap each, and write what happened that day. Missed a day? "Add to another day". Connect Apple Health if you like, and things like your nighttime body temperature fill in on their own. If you log your period there, your period days show up on the symptom calendar too. Describe your day. Write it however it comes to you: "Woke up sweating twice last night, three hot flashes in the evening." The AI on your iPhone turns it into a note; you see what it understood before saving and fix anything that's off. What you write never leaves your iPhone. Works on iPhones with Apple Intelligence. Your hormone medications, one by one. Patch, gel, pills, spray: add each medication separately, with its dose and how often you use it, the way your doctor told you. Pausa never suggests a dose. On the Today screen, mark each one Taken or Skipped with one tap. When your dose or schedule changes, tap "Changed"; the old one stays in your history. Set a reminder per medication if you like: your Lock Screen only says "Pausa reminder", never the medication name. It starts with you. The first time you open Pausa, we ask what bothers you most and which stage you're in. Your picks stay on the Today screen, and we skip questions that don't fit you. Trends: a short summary every week. At the end of the week you see how your hot flashes, sleep and mood went. We also compare it with what you told us at the start: "At the start you said about 5 a day; this week you averaged 3." Pausa points out links you might want to notice, in plain sentences, such as more hot flashes the day after a poor night. They're there to help you notice, never a diagnosis. Doctor: go prepared. Turn weeks of notes into a tidy summary to show your doctor. Instead of "I just don't feel right", you have the real picture in your hand. Your medications, their doses and since when you've used them are included too. What's free and what's Premium. Notes, reminders, the weekly summary and asking about your notes in the Ask tab are always free: questions like "How many hot flashes did I have this week?" are answered from your own notes, and answers to general questions are based on sources such as The Menopause Society, NICE and ACOG. Premium adds: • A tidy summary to show your doctor • Seeing what changed after your medication changed • Comparing your hot flashes on period days with other days • Asking anything in your own words and getting a written answer • A short write-up of your week Open-ended questions and the weekly write-up work on iPhones that support Apple Intelligence. If you're new to Premium, it's free for 14 days on the yearly plan and 7 days on the monthly plan. We remind you 2 days before the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. The price is shown clearly on the payment screen. Pausa is a helper to get to know your body better. It isn't a medical device; it doesn't diagnose or suggest treatment. If something doesn't go away or worries you, talk to your doctor. Privacy: https://heypausa.com/legal/#privacy-en Terms of use: https://heypausa.com/legal/#eula-en
