Practice listening, shadowing, and dictation with videos and audio you enjoy, one sentence at a time. Loop Note helps you repeat difficult passages, speak along, and return to them for review. Make a difficult sentence easier to hear β€’ AB repeat: set a start and end point to replay just the passage you need. β€’ Shadowing: adjust playback from 0.5x to 2x and speak along at your own pace. β€’ Dictation: type what you hear, compare it with the subtitles, and find the words you missed. β€’ Saved sentences and Grow: collect lines to revisit, then try today's review or a random listen. Set review reminders for a time that suits you. Bring your own study material Add a supported video link or import local video, audio, and SRT or VTT subtitle files. Captions for video links depend on availability. On supported devices and languages, on-device speech recognition can also help create subtitles; check the results for accuracy. Use material in English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, or another language you are learning. Slow down a difficult conversation, then listen again at its original speed as it becomes familiar. Get started with one sentence 1. Add a supported video link or choose a file on your device. 2. Repeat a subtitle sentence or a passage you select yourself. 3. Speak along or try dictation, then save a sentence to practise again. Start without creating an account. On-device speech recognition processes study material on your device. Video links and some features need an internet connection. You can choose whether to send app usage data in Settings; diagnostic information may also be collected. Free to start. Optional Loop Note Pro removes storage limits for saved sentences and manually created repeat ranges. About

ReBit

ReBit is a language-learning player that splits audio and video into short chunks so you can loop them, speak them back, and check yourself against a transcript. That one sentence you couldn't catch β€” until you can. ReBit divides an imported file into sentence-length chunks automatically and loops only the one you're working on. It's built for shadowing, listening practice, pronunciation drills, and going back over lectures, news and podcasts. β–  What you can do Β· Audio and video split into sentence-length chunks automatically Β· Loop a single chunk endlessly, with an adjustable pause between repeats Β· Set your own A-B range, loop it, and save it Β· Play at 0.5Γ— to 2Γ— Β· Listen, then record yourself on the spot and compare Β· Generate a transcript per chunk on device; edit, copy, export as SRT or VTT Β· Join your favourite chunks into a single review track Β· Keep notes on the lines you want to remember Β· A mastery colour that fills as you repeat Β· Hashtags, search and folders to organise Β· Today's repeats, your streak, and the chunks you've mastered β–  Video, chunked the same way Import a video and ReBit pulls the audio out and chunks it exactly like an audio file. Watch and shadow at the same time; on iPad in landscape the picture sits on the left and the chunk list on the right. MKV is converted losslessly on import. β–  Listen, say it back, hear yourself Tap the microphone on any chunk and a recording panel docks above the player. Hear the original once more, record, then play your own take straight after it. Playback is locked while you record. β–  Transcripts stay on your device For the parts you can't make out, generate a transcript. Pick the language and the recognition model, and the audio is analysed on device; the result is yours to correct or copy. The model is downloaded the first time you use it. β–  Build your own review audio Pick the chunks you starred and ReBit joins them in order into one track β€” the lines you kept, in something you can listen to on the move. β–  Shadow without touching the screen Connect an iPad or Bluetooth keyboard. Up and down move between chunks, left and right step 0.3 seconds inside one (0.05 with Option), space plays and pauses, and R then Return records. Shortcuts stay inactive while you're typing. β–  Carry on with iCloud Turn on iCloud sync and your sources, notes, favourites, recordings, learning records and playback position follow you to other devices on the same Apple Account. Press and hold a source to decide it individually β€” and for video, to sync the picture separately from the sound. β–  Supported formats Audio MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, AIFF Β· Video MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM β–  Languages Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Vietnamese, Spanish β–  Storage and privacy Imported files and learning data are stored on your device. Audio analysis for transcripts is processed on device, and the microphone is only used when you start a recording yourself. With iCloud sync on, the data you choose is synced through your own iCloud account. ReBit is free and may show advertisements. There is no limit on how many sources you can import. * Transcript accuracy depends on audio quality, pronunciation, background noise, and the language and model you choose.
