Station Pulse is the coordination app built for volunteer fire departments. Stop juggling group chats, paper rosters, and missed reminders. Whether it's a drill night, a station inspection, or a callout, everyone on the roster sees the same plan in one place. WHO IT'S FOR - Volunteer fire departments running on small budgets and big commitment - Chiefs and captains who need their roster to actually show up - Firefighters and EMTs who'd rather not check three apps and a bulletin board EVENTS AND DRILLS Post training nights, meetings, parades, and standby assignments to the whole department or to specific roles. Members RSVP in a tap. Automated reminders go out 1 week, 24 hours, and 1 hour before -- in your department's time zone, every time. TASKS Assign a task to a specific person, or post a "grabbable" task any qualified member can claim. Track open, in-progress, and completed work without spreadsheets. Set due dates so nothing slips. STATION CHECK-IN Mark yourself "at station" or "in service" so the chief and the rest of the crew know who's around. See your station's presence at a glance. ANNOUNCEMENTS Push updates to everyone or to specific roles. Mark critical announcements as high priority -- they cut through with a dedicated alert channel so they break through Do NOT Disturb on supported devices. CUSTOM ROLES Captain, Engineer, EMT, Probationary, Apparatus Operator -- set up roles that match how your department actually runs. Tasks and events can target specific roles so only the right people get pinged. PRIVACY Your department's data stays yours. Member records belong to the department, never shared between departments, never sold. QUESTIONS support@getstationpulse.com

ToneLogger

ToneLogger is the activity log built for volunteer Fire and EMS departments. Record runs, training, and station details in seconds, respond to dispatches with live location, track who turned out, sign incident reports, and see your participation at a glance. Made for responders: • Log calls, training, and details right from your phone • Respond to a dispatch in one tap — share your live location so your crew sees who's rolling and their drive-time ETA on a live incident map • Choose how loudly dispatches reach you for each availability state — loud alerts break through Focus • Track participation and apparatus per activity • Sign incident reports — NERIS-ready for the new federal fire reporting standard • Put a live incident board on a station wall-mounted TV • Review your recent calls and personal reports • Serve more than one department? Switch between them in a tap • Officers and admins: approve members, manage onboarding, see live responders on a map, and get push notifications when something needs you ToneLogger is a record-keeping tool — not a 911 dispatch system and not a medical device. Don't rely on it for emergency response, and don't enter patient health information. Your location is shared with your department only while you're actively responding to a call. Sign in with your work email, Apple, or Google — no password to remember. Your department admin grants access to its records. Questions? https://tonelogger.com/help
