About

PeptidePilot

PeptidePilot is a private journal for tracking peptide doses, schedules, inventory, and how each one makes you feel. No account, advertising, or tracking. WHAT IT DOES • Schedule recurring, multi-time, or as-needed doses with local notifications. • Track vials, premixed blends, pens, syringes, tablets, capsules, liquids, sprays, and more. • Reconstitution calculator with U-30, U-40, U-50, and U-100 syringe calibration. • Per-compound blend inventory and automatic reconciliation after edited or deleted logs. • Injection-site rotation — the app suggests the next site based on your history. • Side-effects journal — rate energy, mood, sleep, and GI on a 1–5 scale after a dose. • Insights — current streak, best streak, adherence over 7/30 days, and a simple chart of doses per day. • Correlation analysis — once you have a few weeks of ratings, see how each peptide changes your averages. • Cycle planner — set "weeks on / weeks off" and the app auto-pauses scheduling during off weeks. • Medals — quiet hex-shaped achievements for streaks, adherence, awareness, and rotation discipline. CATALOG A bundled, citation-linked reference of common peptides — what they are, half-life, regulatory status, references. Each entry shows a clear regulatory banner (FDA-approved prescription, compounded prescription, or research chemical). Adding any catalog entry asks you to acknowledge that status. PeptidePilot does not sell, ship, prescribe, recommend dosing, or replace medical advice. PRIVACY Your journal stays on your devices and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud account. There are no analytics, advertising SDKs, ads, or telemetry. Encrypted caregiver sharing and FDA checks are always user-controlled. EXTRAS • iPhone widget showing your next dose. • Live Activity / Dynamic Island countdown when a dose is imminent. • Apple Watch companion with next-dose sync and quick logging. • Siri Shortcut: "Log a peptide dose in PeptidePilot". • FDA recall center using the official openFDA feed, with MedWatch access. • Encrypted read-only caregiver passes that expire and can be revoked. • HealthKit (optional, read-only): authorized measurements, sleep, and supported medication context. • Backup & restore: encrypted JSON file saved to Files / iCloud Drive. • Face ID / Touch ID lock. • PDF & CSV export of your dose log. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE PeptidePilot is a journal. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend. Consult a licensed clinician before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide protocol.

About

Polypep

Features

Polypep is a calm, on-device companion for peptide education and self-tracking. EDUCATIONAL FRAMING Polypep is for educational and personal-recordkeeping purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not dispense or sell any compound, and references publicly available information about peptides commonly discussed in wellness communities. Always consult a licensed clinician before considering any of the compounds referenced. CORE FEATURES • Peptide library with curated reference cards (mechanism summaries, common protocols cited in published literature, half-life notes) — always paired with the educational disclaimer. • Intake log: record dose, route, injection site, and time. Designed for thumb-only logging. • Active protocol view: pick a preset protocol or define your own, with reconstitution math (BAC water + concentration → units on a syringe) and a phase-based dose calendar. • Stock & inventory: track which vials you have on hand and project how long they last at your current cadence. • Biomarker dashboard: optionally pull sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, weight, body fat, and glucose from Apple Health to chart trends alongside your protocol. • Streak & adherence metrics: see week-by-week consistency without nagging. • Your Journey: a running record of what you did and how it went, with notes and photos. • Knowledge base: illustrated guides on injection technique, reconstitution, storage, syringes and units, cycling, and travelling with peptides. • Per-peptide dosing and bloodwork reference: titration tables, reconstitution assumptions, and the labs commonly watched alongside each compound, each with its evidence tier. • Coach: an optional assistant that can read your protocol, stock and log and answer questions about them — dose arithmetic, what runs out first, what you logged last week. Educational only; it does not give medical advice. PRIVACY • Local-first. Your doses, stock, biomarkers and protocols are stored on your device, and the app works fully without an account. • An account is optional. Sign in and your own records sync privately between your own devices, in storage only your account can read. Publishing a protocol shares the recipe only — never your log. • Apple Health access is optional and granted per data type. Health data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. • Coach and vial-label scanning send data off your device, and only when you use them. Every Coach tool is governed by permissions you control; reads can be switched off and writes default to asking first. DESIGN A Liquid-Glass-inspired interface with calm typography, animated gradients, and a one-thumb information architecture. Built in Ionic React + Capacitor. EDUCATIONAL ONLY — NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Many peptides referenced in this app are research compounds or prescription-only medications in many jurisdictions. Polypep does not encourage acquisition or use; it is a journal and learning tool for people who have already decided, with their clinician, to track their own logs. Consult a licensed professional for any health decision. PLANS Polypep is free to log doses and browse the catalogue. Pro adds vial and stock tracking, unlimited protocols, the full peptide entries and the knowledge base. Ultimate adds Coach. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and are managed in your App Store account.
