KineCount uses on-device pose detection to estimate repetitions and workout activity without recording or uploading your camera video. Supported exercises • Squat • Push-up • Sit-up • Pull-up • Plank Spider 30 Take on a 30-day circuit challenge built around pull-ups, push-ups and squats. Complete qualifying Spider workouts on different days and track your progress over time. KineMotion Turn movement into gameplay. Move left and right, crouch and react to obstacles using your body as the controller. Apple Health Save completed KineCount workouts to Apple Health after granting permission. Track your progress Review recent sessions, totals and workout history. Use challenges, the 5 Star Road and structured workout plans to build consistency over time. Move to Unlock KineCount can optionally connect exercise activity with App Limits. Complete workouts, earn available time and use it to temporarily access apps you chose to limit. Privacy-first camera processing Exercise detection is performed on your iPhone. Camera frames and pose landmarks used for exercise tracking are processed on-device and are not recorded or uploaded as workout video. Optional cloud features may require Sign in with Apple and sync selected workout information.
