Migraine Note

Migraine Note is a quiet, focused headache journal for keeping the details you may want to discuss at your next appointment. RECORD AND REVIEW • Make a quick record from Today by choosing a pain level, with an optional medication log, then add details to that same record. • Log pain level, location, type, symptoms, medication, triggers, impact, and a free-text memo. • Record multiple headaches and medication entries in one day. • Search your complete history and narrow it by period, pain level, medication log, memo, symptoms, location, or noted factors. • Review and edit past headache or medication entries. • Resume or discard a protected on-device draft after an interruption. Drafts are excluded from backup and are not placed in iCloud. • Delete an individual headache after reviewing its linked medication count; the app creates a recovery snapshot before the atomic deletion. • See every recorded day in a calendar and review recent patterns in Insights. Saved pressure context appears as individual recorded points, not a continuous measurement or a claim that pressure caused a headache. • Save weather and barometric pressure with a record when location access is allowed. • Optionally schedule a real daily local reminder at your chosen time. KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA • Create a complete backup containing headache records, medication entries, your medicine list, consultation notes, and saved weather snapshots. • Preview a backup before restoring it. • Restore by safely adding missing data. Existing items and current app settings are not overwritten; different versions are kept as separate copies. Duplicate headache identifiers are made unique after a safety snapshot, and ambiguous medication links are preserved as standalone medication entries instead of being guessed. • Recovery copies are created before supported destructive deletions. • The app removes its private temporary share file when the backup hand-off screen closes. Copies you save or share remain under your control. PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) • A visual pressure outlook for today, tomorrow, and the following day, with weather symbols and easy-to-scan change levels. • Doctor-ready PDF reports for 30, 90, or 180 days, including continuation pages when a consultation note is long. • CSV export with standalone medication rows preserved. • Pressure Change Alerts for notable forecast changes. • Past-date weather backfill and weather/pressure summaries. • iCloud sync across supported Apple devices. • App Lock using device-owner authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode when available). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Where the App Store offers it to an eligible new subscriber, the yearly plan includes a seven-day free trial; the paywall shows that wording only when StoreKit returns that exact offer. Manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings. TERMS AND PRIVACY Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://pomeranianstudio.com/privacy PRIVACY Migraine Note has no account system, advertising, analytics, or developer-run data server. Records are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your private iCloud database. If location permission and weather capture are enabled, the location is processed by Apple WeatherKit to obtain weather; the developer does not receive the location or forecast data. Backup files leave the app only when you choose where to save or share them. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE Migraine Note is a journal and report-organisation app. It does not diagnose, predict, treat, or recommend treatment for any condition. The three-day pressure outlook and Pressure Change Alerts show weather information; they do not predict whether a headache will occur. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

If you live with migraines, you already know the frustration: every migraine tracker on the App Store looks like a clinical questionnaire designed by an insurance company. They want you to fill out twenty fields while your head is splitting. You don't need another medical form — you need a migraine diary that respects what you're going through. MigrainePal is a beautifully designed headache tracker and migraine diary, built for people who'd rather log an attack in one tap than fight with a sterile questionnaire. ONE-TAP ATTACK LOGGING When a migraine attack starts, the last thing you want to do is fill forms. Tap once. The app opens an active migraine episode with the start time, and you can put your phone face-down. Come back later — add pain level, aura, and notes when you're ready. This is what a real migraine log should feel like. HEADACHE CALENDAR AND MIGRAINE DIARY See your entire month at a glance. The migraine calendar shows every attack, every aura, every medication taken — visually, not as a wall of text. Swipe across weeks and months to watch your migraine patterns emerge: cluster days, weather-linked spikes, menstrual migraine cycles, the post-stress crash. TRIGGER TRACKING Identify what sets off your migraine attacks. Log migraine triggers as you notice them — sleep, stress, foods, weather, screens, hormones, scents, alcohol. Over weeks, the trigger tracker surfaces what actually correlates with your headache attacks, not what the internet guessed for you. For chronic migraine and chronic pain, knowing your triggers means managing, not guessing. MEDICATION AND MEDS LOG Track every triptan, NSAID, anti-CGRP, preventive, and rescue med. The medication tracker helps you notice when you're approaching MOH (medication overuse headache) territory. See which meds work for which attack types, and bring real data to your next neurologist visit. INSIGHTS THAT MAKE SENSE Insights you can show your doctor — no PDF export needed. Frequency, average migraine pain level, aura percentage, most common triggers, medication response. Your migraine monitor shows patterns in plain language. For chronic, vestibular, hemiplegic, or menstrual migraine, this is the difference between feeling lost and feeling in control. BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED, NATIVE iOS Built as a true native iOS app — not a web wrapper. 120Hz scrolling, haptic feedback, Dark Mode (essential during a migraine), and Dynamic Type support. Every screen was designed for someone who needs to look at their phone with a pounding headache. WHO MIGRAINE IS FOR People living with episodic or chronic migraine who want a real headache log. Migraine sufferers tracking aura, vestibular, hemiplegic, or menstrual patterns. Anyone managing chronic pain or recurring headache disorders. People whose neurologist asked them to keep a migraine diary or headache diary. Anyone tired of clinical apps that don't respect what a migraine attack feels like. WHY NOT MIGRAINE BUDDY OR N1-HEADACHE Apps like Migraine Buddy and N1-Headache are powerful research-grade tools — but they're built around long questionnaires, accounts, and pharma data sharing. If you'd rather log a headache in one tap than complete a 20-field form — Migraine was made for you. PRIVACY All your migraine logs, attack records, trigger data, and medication history stay on your device. Optional iCloud sync between your own devices, encrypted by Apple. No account required. No data collection. No ads. Your migraine diary is private — period. Free to download. Supports English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese. The most beautifully designed migraine tracker and headache diary on iOS. Privacy Policy: https://elevenapril.com/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://elevenapril.com/terms.html
