Today, your sober day begins. A gentle companion notebook for people who want to change their relationship with alcohol — quit drinking, cut back, or stay mindful. Hokuto, an owl mascot, quietly stays with you through the nights when temptation is strongest. KEY FEATURES Day Counter The number of days since you started sits front and center on your home screen. Today is Day N — the only number that matters. Money Saved Enter how much you used to spend per day. Kyoukara automatically calculates your cumulative savings, turning "the choice not to drink" into a tangible value you can see growing. Emergency Craving Cards (5 free) When the urge hits, tap the red button on home. Five cards offer 5-minute responses: drink water, walk outside, 4-7-8 breathing, look Hokuto in the eye, count to 100. Cravings come in waves — and they pass. One-Sentence Diary Write three lines about today, choose how you felt (calm / anxious / tempted / proud), and save. Looking back, your journey is right there in your own words. 14-Night Reflection Prompts A short date-based prompt gives you an easy way to begin writing. Insert the prompt into your entry and answer it in your own words. Hokuto's Expressions The owl's expression shifts gently based on your day count. On Day 1-3 it watches over you carefully. After a month, its quiet pride is unmistakable. Milestones Day 1 "First Morning" / Day 7 "Seven-Day Dawn" / Day 30 "Month of the Moon" / Day 100 "Star of a Hundred" / Day 365 "Sky of a New Year". A progress bar to the next milestone keeps each day grounded. Reset Without Shame The relapse button doesn't say "failed." It says "begin again, with Hokuto." A single stumble is not the end. The app is designed for the long road. KYOUKARA PRO (one-time purchase) 30 Craving Cards — Tea, shower, calling someone, stretching, sweet snacks, cold water, future-self imagining. 25 additional response cards added to the free 5. Detailed Statistics — Mood trends, relapse history, cumulative savings analysis. Temptation-Hour Reminders — Custom notifications from Hokuto at the times you tend to crave most (e.g. Friday nights at 9pm). Photo Diary — Attach today's single photo alongside your one-sentence note. PDF Export — Generate clean records to share with a doctor or counselor. Kyoukara Pro is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal — buy it once and it's yours. WHO IT'S FOR - Anyone wanting to change their relationship with alcohol - People who've said "I'll quit tomorrow" too many times - Those who want to move forward one day at a time - Anyone seeking a "you're not alone" feeling at tempting hours PRIVACY Everything is processed on-device. No data leaves your phone. No account required. This app does not provide medical or treatment advice — it is a journal for personal record-keeping. With Hokuto, today, your sober day begins. ---- - Privacy Policy: https://starcrown.co.jp/privacy - Terms of Service: https://starcrown.co.jp/legal - Support: https://starcrown.co.jp/support - Contact: info@starcrown.co.jp

Your real steps move Dorothy along a short story route from Kansas to the Emerald City, with silver shoes, curious companions, and small collectible relics appearing as your step count grows.
