Raise your vibration — with a philosopher at your side. Most apps tell you how to feel. Selfinder starts by asking where you actually are. FIND WHERE YOU STAND Four short questions — about your body, mind, heart and spirit — place you on a map of 17 states, from shame to peace. Not a score, not a verdict: a position, like a dot on a map. Every state has its own page: what it feels like, where you meet it in the world, and what it's for. USE IT Every state carries something you can work with. Anger has fuel; grief has depth. A short guided session helps you put today's state to work in your day. SHIFT TOWARD LOVE When you want to, your philosopher walks with you from where you are toward love: slow breathing, a moment of warmth you already know, then letting it widen. About seven minutes, with sound underneath. At the end, you place yourself on the map again — and see where the walk took you. WALK WITH A REAL PHILOSOPHER Choose who guides you, each in their own place: Socrates in his portico, asking until you hear your own answer. Marcus Aurelius in his inner citadel, writing like an emperor's private notebook. Kierkegaard between two doors, on choice and anxiety. Camus on the hillside, living with what makes no sense. Aristotle in his library, turning everything into practice. Each is there to ask, never to tell you who you are. SAY WHAT YOU NEVER SAY OUT LOUD Talk it through in conversation, or write freely for one minute with no one watching. The answers were always yours — Selfinder just makes room to hear them. GO DEEPER Twelve Journeys — question paths into what you're really carrying: control, the choice in front of you, the loop you keep repeating, the voice that isn't yours, what's enough. WATCH YOUR ARC FORM Every reading becomes a point. Over weeks, the points draw the shape of your inner weather — a record of what happened, in your own words, never an analysis of you. MORE WAYS IN • Breathe — guided breath • Tune In — sound to settle into • A symbol, a message, or the moon, for right now • A gentle daily reminder, if you want one MADE TO FEEL LIKE AN EVENING BY THE FIRE, NOT ANOTHER APP No streaks. No badges. No guilt for missing a day. Your words stay yours: first-party analytics only, no ad tracking, and you can export or delete everything. Free. In English and Russian. Selfinder is a practice for self-reflection, not therapy or medical care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a professional or a local helpline — the app's "Need help now?" shows the line for your region.
