GymWars vs PreRox

Your notes app doesn't know if you're actually getting stronger. Gym Wars does. Gym Wars: Workout Tracker turns every session into proof. Plan your training days, log each set as you lift, and watch a clear picture of your strength, volume, and consistency build week over week. No more scrolling through messy notes trying to remember what you hit last time. Meet a training character inspired by your goals and how you train. Start with a character from your training group, then keep logging workouts to discover more characters and build your collection. Your lifts also feed strength ranks, so progress has a place beyond the numbers in your log. WHAT YOU GET - Build structured workout plans for every training day - Log sets with weight, reps, rest, and optional RPE as you go - Track personal records and see real progressive overload - Bring workout history from Strong or Hevy CSV exports into Gym Wars - Weekly scorecards, streaks, and consistency feedback that keep momentum - Progress photo check-ins stored privately on your device - Training characters to discover and collect as you log workouts - Share one post after each completed workout, with an optional photo and caption; browse Discover or your friends' posts - Meet gym friends through profiles with character avatars and optional social links - Challenge someone to a 60-second push-up competition with camera rep counting on your phone - Choose who sees your posts, report content, and block accounts - Cloud sync, social, and account recovery with Apple or Google sign-in Gym Wars is built for lifters and beginners who want a focused training system instead of a messy notes app. Track the work, review the proof, keep improving.
