PonyPause is a break reminder and everyday companion for iPhone and iPad. Whether you are scrolling, working, or studying, let a little pony keep track of break time: put down the screen, look into the distance, and stand up for a moment. Give your eyes, body, and mind room to unwind. Enjoy your phone. Remember to take a break. Ready for some phone time? Your pony starts with a simple question: “Are you sure you want to open this app?” Turn on Leisure mode for regular reminders to put down your phone, look away, and get up and move, at intervals you choose. Enjoy your downtime, and give your eyes and body a little rest along the way. Focus for a while. Unwind for a while. Whether you are working hard, studying, or taking a little downtime, your pony keeps you company and reminds you to move, drink some water, and relax at your chosen intervals. Focus matters, but rest matters even more. Leave a little space in your day, with a break alongside every stretch of focus. Find your rhythm Keep track of your focus time, leisure time, breaks, and completed activities in PonyPause, and look back on your daily habits. Your records on Mac and iPhone With Pro and iCloud sync enabled, your focus, leisure, break, and activity records on Mac and iOS can sync to your private iCloud. Use the same iCloud account and enable sync on both devices to review your daily rhythm across devices. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app, restoring Pro and turning sync back on lets you retrieve previously synced records that are still stored in that iCloud account. Permissions and subscriptions App locking requires Screen Time authorization and is subject to system limitations. Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. See the purchase confirmation for pricing and the subscription period. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account, and restore purchases in the app. PonyPause supports everyday wellness habits and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
