Your Apple Health data, answered on your iPhone and handed to the AI agent you already use. MetricBridge answers plain-language questions about your Apple Health data on the device, and exports 194 metrics as clean JSON to a destination you choose, so your own AI agent can read your real numbers. ASK YOUR DATA Type "how's my resting heart rate trending this week" and get an answer built from your own history. • Every figure is computed by ordinary code in the app, not guessed by a model • It shows the metric, date range and days of data used, so you can check the work • Runs on your iPhone. The question, the data and the answer stay on the device, unless you turn on Your Mac, which sends one answer's numbers to your own Mac on your Wi-Fi • Weekly Brief: a short recap of your week, written on device IT KNOWS ITS LIMITS Ask something clinical, like "should I stop taking my statin", and it declines, then offers your data instead. TODAY, WITH THE WORKING SHOWN A Today card compares last night with your own usual, not a population average: HRV status, sleep shortfall, changes worth a look, a readiness estimate and a fitness age range. Tap it to see every input, the fixed weights and anything missing. The method is published at healthexport.dev/methods. It describes patterns in your own data, not a diagnosis. TRAIN, SLEEP, EXPERIMENT • Training load: your last 7 days against the 28 before, with heart-rate zones • A strength log for sets, reps and weights • Tonight's suggested bedtime and a 28-day Sleep Regularity Index • Lab: test one change against your own nights. Days are set at random and the result stays hidden until the end Training load shows effort. It is not an injury prediction. ON YOUR WRIST AND IN SIRI • Apple Watch shows your Today card and offers complications. The watch app reads no Health data itself • "Ask MetricBridge" answers by voice with the numbers it used. "Get Readiness Estimate" feeds your shortcuts 194 METRICS AS CLEAN JSON Activity, heart, HRV, mobility, respiratory, body, sleep, hearing and nutrition, plus workouts. Written as JSON or CSV to a destination you pick: your iCloud Drive, a folder on your device, your own network over HTTP or WebSocket, or any webhook URL you trust. Background auto-export keeps the file fresh. Every delivery is token-authenticated, and the in-app history shows each run. AN MCP SERVER FOR YOUR AGENT MetricBridge ships a zero-dependency, open-source MCP server that you install on your own computer. It gives any MCP client 18 tools for trends, comparisons, workouts, sleep and correlations. Sixteen only read. Two only add or remove your own events, in a separate file. No tool writes to Apple Health. Your agent reads only after you pair it with a code from the app. DOCTOR REPORT Make a clear PDF summary of your data to bring to a visit. It is a summary of numbers, not medical advice. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • The app reads Apple Health and never writes to it • No account, no sign-in, and no ads inside the app. Your health data is never used for advertising • No third-party AI service is involved, and no health data reaches a server we operate • Reproductive health, sexual activity and alcohol stay excluded unless you turn them on • What each on-device answer mode sends: healthexport.dev/on-device-ai PRICING A 7-day free trial, then a single one-time purchase that unlocks everything permanently: export, Ask, the Today card, training, Lab, the Apple Watch app, Siri and Shortcuts, and the Weekly Brief. Not a subscription. Nothing renews. MetricBridge is a tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice.
