Train Libre is a private, open-source workout and nutrition tracker for people who want serious logging without giving up control of their data. It is offline-first: no account, no social feeds, no gamification, no ads, and no commercial tracking or data selling. Track your workouts, calories, bodyweight, and muscle recovery in one focused app, with secure local storage and optional Apple Health integration. WHY TRAIN LIBRE IS DIFFERENT: • Offline-First: No account and no network connection required. Your training and nutrition data stays in your device's sandbox. • Privacy by Design: No ads, no ad trackers, no session recording, no user profiles. Usage statistics are optional and off by default — they never contain health data or your IP address, and you can turn them off and request erasure at any time. • Structured Gym Tracking: Built for progressive overload and rigorous logging, not addictive engagement hooks. • Transparent Analytics: Understand your long-term physical trends through clear, math-based insights. KEY FEATURES: 1. ADVANCED WORKOUT LOGGING • Log workouts set by set, including warm-ups, working sets, failure sets, and dropsets. • Track precise metrics: reps, weight, and RPE / RIR (Rate of Perceived Exertion / Reps in Reserve). • Build reusable routines, add custom exercises, and review your full session history. • Attach up to 4 photos to any session, taken with the camera or picked from your library, and keep them in your backups. 2. SCIENCE-BASED NUTRITION & TDEE • Log meals, calories, macronutrients, hydration, caffeine, creatine, and custom supplements. • Adaptive Energy Expenditure Engine: a Kalman filter-based Bayesian TDEE estimator calculates your true maintenance calories dynamically from your actual scale weight and nutrition data. 3. PHYSICAL RECOVERY TRACKING • Visual Recovery Heatmap: monitor muscle readiness based on localized volume, training effort, and recent load. • Comprehensive stats for PRs, total training volume, consistency, body measurements, and physical vitals. 4. NATIVE HEALTH SYNC • Optional integration to read physical metrics (steps, sleep, pulse) and feed them into your local recovery tracking. • Completely local, secure, and user-controlled. 5. BYOK AI MEAL CAPTURE (Optional) • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): optional AI meal recognition that runs on your own API key. Disabled by default. • Photo, Barcode and Voice in One View: photograph your plate, let the same screen pick up the barcode of a packaged product, or simply describe the meal by voice. On iPhone models with LiDAR, depth scale is captured to assist portion estimation. • State-Aware Matching: a local "Top-N Fuzzy Alternatives" system uses Open Food Facts to find plausible matches while keeping every result reviewable before saving. • 100% Transparent: every AI suggestion is fully reviewable and adjustable before saving. DISCLAIMER: Train Libre is not a medical application. Algorithmic recovery feedback, sleep tracking, and physical vital metrics are intended strictly for personal athletic tracking and training guidance. They do not constitute, and must not replace, professional medical diagnosis or treatment. OPEN SOURCE & OPEN DATA: Built transparently on trusted community catalogs from Open Food Facts and OpenExerciseDB. The full source code is publicly accessible, so our privacy claims can be verified rather than just believed.

FitPlot is a private, everything-in-one-place fitness tracker for people who log every set, mile, round, and hold. Log every kind of workout, capture body measurements with the front or LIDAR camera, and watch your progress in a chart-first Performance view. Your workouts, measurements, and body data never leave your device. Log workouts fast. Tap Workout Session and FitPlot creates today's session automatically. Add exercises from a picker of names you've already used — a returning Bench Press, 5K row, AMRAP, or weighted plank all come pre-populated with last week's numbers, so you only type what actually changed. Every set is independent, so if you drop weight when redlining on set 3 the volume math still comes out right. Save an exercise and the session lands in your history with real start and end timestamps. Four exercise types, one workout log. **Resistance Training** captures sets, reps, weight, and one-rep max. **Cardio** covers Walking, Hiking, Running, Cycling, Rowing, and Other — with fields for duration, distance, steps, heart rate, calories, and additional weight carried (for rucking or weighted vests). **Circuit** logs AMRAP and for-time WODs as rounds plus partial reps. **Isometric** captures hold time per set for planks and wall sits, with resistance weight when you use it. Type is picked once per exercise name; returning names skip the picker. Measure your body without a tape. The front-camera scan uses pose detection and a body-mask to estimate every major circumference — neck, chest, waist, stomach, hip, upper arm, forearm, thigh, calf — plus a body-fat percentage using the U.S. Navy formula when you've provided your biological sex. On iPhone Pro models the Lidar scanner adds true depth for a more accurate reading. Voice-triggered — say "measure" and the scan starts hands-free. Chart everything. The Performance view plots exercise volume (weight times reps, per set, summed across the workout) over time, with orange callouts on workouts where your working weight changed. Switch the picker to any measurement — Chest, Waist, Body Fat, Shoulder Width — to graph body-composition trends the same way. Ties into Health. Each completed session writes an HKWorkout to Apple's Health app with duration and estimated active energy, so your Move and Exercise rings reflect what you actually did. Cardio subtypes route to the matching activity in Fitness — a hike logs as Hiking, a run as Running, a ruck on flat ground as Walking with the pack weight factored into calories — instead of collapsing every session into a single generic type. FitPlot Pro. A monthly subscription that removes every ad, unlocks CSV import and export of your workouts and measurements for use in a spreadsheet, and adds LIDAR camera access plus 3D body rendering on devices equipped with LIDAR. What's included: Workout Session — log lifts, cardio, circuits, and holds. Workouts — browse and review previous sessions. Scan — front-camera body measurement, rear-camera scan on LIDAR-equipped iPhones. History — every measurement you've captured, with swipe-to-delete. Performance — Swift Charts–based graphs for every metric. Operator Manual — a built-in guide covering every screen.
