One thought is enough. OneThought is a small, private journal that lives on your iPhone. Open it, write a sentence, close it. The rest is for you. QUIETLY INTELLIGENT Daily prompts and weekly reflections are written on-device by Apple Foundation Models. Your text never reaches a server. Pick a tone — gentle, direct, or poetic — and the prompts (and the panda's voice) shift to match. SUGGESTIONS FROM YOUR PHOTOS OneThought clusters your photos into real moments — events with location, count, and time-range — and offers each one as a starting point for an entry. Tap a card and the editor opens with the photos already attached and the title pre-filled. Pull-to-refresh cycles through five different lenses (Recommended, Most photos, Newest, Favorites first, Surprise me) so the same library always feels fresh. Refresh three times and OneThought widens the time scope automatically — the panda lets you know. STORY MODE Tap the blue-glass card on Reflections to play your journal as a 9-scene narrated reel. Streak, words, places, dominant mood, top theme, photo collage. Numbers count up, the panda flies in from a different edge each scene. Every metric is clamped to your real calendar — no inflated streaks. PLACES Apple-Photos-style circular pins on the map. Each pin shows a hero photo from that place with a count badge for clusters. Filter by year. Tap to see what happened there. WEEKLY REFLECTION Each week the on-device model weaves your entries into a quiet summary. Mood chart, 12-month activity heatmap, themes word cloud, current and longest streak. Always optional, always editable. A SMALL PANDA A mascot peeks from the right edge of every screen. Tap it for a contextual line. Its voice follows your prompt tone. Auto-tucks back so it never covers content. The Calendar tab is here. Browse your timeline day by day. Every day in your Suggestions scope is laid out as a real photo card from your library, so it actually looks like the time you've lived. Tap any day to see your entries, your suggested moments, and a one-tap shortcut to write for that day — even if it's already passed.

Your workouts are already being recorded. They're just scattered across five different apps that don't talk to each other. AfterRep reads what those apps write to Apple Health and puts it in one place - so you finally see your whole training week instead of fragments of it. If two apps recorded the same session, AfterRep merges them, so it counts once. Then it asks the question none of them ask: how did it actually feel? ONE HONEST PICTURE Everything that writes to Apple Health shows up - your watch, your bike computer, your running app, your gym log. AfterRep recognises the common ones by name, tells you when one stops syncing, and quietly merges the duplicates. Today's steps, distance, active energy, exercise minutes, sleep, resting heart rate and HRV, all on one screen. A TRAINING JOURNAL THAT TAKES TWO TAPS Rate the effort. Say how the legs felt. Add a note if you want, or don't. Over weeks that turns into something useful: the days that felt great, the ones that cooked you, and the pattern connecting them to what you actually did. Log any day from the calendar, including the rest days - the zeros matter too. A BODY MAP FOR SORENESS Tap any muscle and log how it feels. AfterRep tracks it over time, shows you left-right symmetry, and surfaces what keeps coming back. Most training apps count what you did. Very few track what it cost you. REP, YOUR COACH Rep reads your real numbers and gives you one straight line about your day — short sleep, a resting heart rate that's drifted up, a streak worth protecting. On supported devices it's written by Apple's on-device intelligence. Nothing is sent anywhere. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE No account. No sign-up. No servers. AfterRep has no backend at all. It reads from Apple Health, does every calculation on your device, and stores everything locally. There is no analytics SDK, no tracking, no advertising. We cannot see your data, because it never reaches us. You can export your journal whenever you want, and delete everything from inside the app. FREE, AND AFTERREP PRO AfterRep is free to download and free to use. Your dashboard, the full calendar, the complete journal, connected sources and the home-screen widget stay free.
