CD Coach

Most cycling apps force you to follow rigid, complex calendars. If you miss a day, or if you just want to go ride with your friends, your plan breaks. You are left with a backlog of missed workouts and a sense of failure. That isn’t coaching. That is unnecessary stress. CD Coach is different. We believe consistency is the only way to evolve. And real life does not follow a straight line. Whether you want to follow a structured plan to prepare for your next granfondo, or you prefer to just ride freely when and how you want, your Coach is here. You pedal. We analyze, give you human-like feedback, and adjust the road ahead. Two Ways to Train. One Goal: 1. Ride with dynamic structure: Tell us your goals and weekly availability. We build a personalized plan that adapts to poor sleep, stressful work weeks, or skipped sessions. 2. Ride completely free: Head outside, jump on Zwift, or ride on MyWhoosh. Do your own thing. CD Coach records it all, gives you clear feedback, and manages your fatigue so you are always ready for the next ride. Why CD Coach? - Simple, human-like feedback: We hide the confusing charts and complex metrics. You get direct, conversational insights. - Real-life adaptability: The plan is here to support you, not control you. If life gets in the way, the Coach reorganizes your week. - Seamless connectivity: Connect your favorite devices in one tap. Integration with Garmin, Strava, Zwift, MyWhoosh, Intervals.icu, and more. - A real community: We are backed by Portugal’s biggest cycling community, Cycling District. Train online, connect in the real world, and join our group rides and community events. We train together. We ride together. We evolve together. Join the House of Cycling. VéloPeak

VéloPeak builds your cycling training around the race you are aiming at, and keeps it honest week by week as your body responds. It is a training platform, not a chat window: workout protocols drawn from published sport science, curated by people who coach cyclists for a living, and fitted to your own numbers. HOW IT WORKS Set your event date and the hours you have each week. VéloPeak lays out the phases from base through taper and fills the weeks with sessions that have a reason behind them. Every session tells you what it is for, what to hold, and for how long. THE METHOD Sessions come from protocols you can look up: Seiler's polarised 80/20 distribution, Ronnestad 40-20s, Billat intervals, Coggan power zones, critical power and W prime. Nothing is invented to look clever. WHAT YOU SEE - Power zones set from your own test, redrawn as your FTP moves - Fitness, fatigue and form, so you know when you are ready to go hard - Sleep, steps and heart rate variability, read from Apple Health - Your week, with the target and duration of every session - Live targets while you ride, with your trainer and heart rate strap connected over Bluetooth WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY RIDE Rides arrive on their own from Wahoo, Polar, Strava and Intervals.icu. VéloPeak sits alongside the tools you already use rather than asking you to leave them. HEALTH DATA With your permission, VéloPeak reads sleep, steps and heart rate variability from Apple Health to judge how recovered you are. That data shapes your training and nothing else. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. LANGUAGES Full support in English and Portuguese, including the explanation behind every session.
