ProgramU vs Pocket Grimoire

Type what you want to change. ProgramU builds the session. Most subliminal apps hand you a fixed library. ProgramU is a studio: sessions written from your exact words, voiced, and ready in minutes. WHAT YOU CAN MAKE • Subliminals — affirmations beneath music, running quietly under your day. Layer them under your own music, a podcast, even a show. • Guided Meditation — identity work, visualization, sleep, nervous-system calm. • Guided Hypnosis — the deepest single session, induction through return. • EFT Tapping — guided rounds that move what's stuck in the body. Every session is written for your focus, in your words. And you see every line of the script before you press play — nothing enters your subconscious that you haven't read first. WHAT ELSE IS INSIDE • ReflectU — talk with Kaion, by voice or text: ProgramU's AI identity-shifting support system. Tell him what's going on in your life and he helps you understand the beliefs that may be underneath it — then helps you reprogram them: a session built around that belief, a technique or journal prompt for the same day, or a Rehearsal. He can design your next session with you right in the conversation, and you approve every line before it generates. • The Archive — a full library of ready-to-play sessions across all four modalities. • The 90-Day Program — a personalized identity arc in three phases: Foundation, Embodiment, Integration. Daily practice built around your exact focus. • CollectiveU — free live sessions the whole community moves through together, at the same moment, twice a day. • Return to Self — instant spoken resets for the moments doubt rises up. • Time Capsule — write a letter to your future self; ProgramU delivers it on the day you choose. • Daily practice — evening identity reflections, streaks, and a home-screen widget that keeps your affirmations in front of you. HOW IT WORKS Your words go in. Precise audio comes out. Sessions are voiced by a cast of studio-quality voices — or your own cloned voice on subliminals, because no voice reaches your subconscious like yours. One membership includes everything: monthly credits that power the sessions you create and your conversations with Kaion, the full Archive, and the 90-day program. It starts with a 7-day free trial that includes credits — so you can build real sessions before you're charged. ProgramU is for adults (18+). It is a personal-development tool, not medical or mental-health treatment. Precise adjustments. Courtesy of ProgramU. Pocket Grimoire is a private, local-first sanctuary for Moon guidance, sourced devotional reference, and your personal practice. EXPLORE YOUR LUNAR SANCTUARY A realistic 3D Moon brings each phase into focus with detailed lunar surface imagery and lighting driven by on-device astronomy. Explore illumination, lunar age, approximate distance, and upcoming New Moon, quarter, and Full Moon times—even offline. Browse fourteen nights, learn what is happening in the sky, and save a Moon reflection straight to your journal. Understand, Plan, and Devotion organize sky explanations, upcoming phases, and your selected path's devotional words. Return to Live now for the current Moon. Calculations refresh while the app is active and when you return to it. CHOOSE YOUR SACRED PATH Select Santa Muerte, Hecate, Brigid, Freyja, Isis, Aphrodite, or a deity-free Personal Practice. Each named path has its own atmosphere, opening words, save blessing, guides, common-supply references, and sourced Library. Explore stories and symbols, follow practical steps, and keep separate private path notes. The visible Change deity control makes switching easy without deleting your writing. DOCUMENTED, NOT INVENTED Reference entries identify their source, evidence type, locator, scope, and safety notes. Historical texts, contemporary devotional practices, and original reflections are labeled separately. A rite from one tradition is never relabeled for another deity. Where a lunar practice is not documented in this guide, the app says so. KEEP YOUR OWN PRACTICE Write simple Journal entries, build searchable Grimoire pages, remember petitions and promises, track supplies, and keep altar photos. Journal entries receive the date and Moon phase automatically. Library readers include step checkmarks, source details, copy-to-grimoire, and a space for reflection. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your writing and selected photos stay on your iPhone. No app account, advertising, analytics, or runtime generative-AI service is required. Optional Face ID or device-passcode locking and local backup/restore tools are included. Source links and Apple purchase services use the network for their respective functions. Pocket Grimoire includes three days of full access. After the preview, a one-time 99¢ in-app purchase unlocks lifetime access. No subscription. The lunar globe is a reference illustration, not a live telescope or a local moonrise, weather, or eclipse forecast. Device date and time must be correct. Spiritual and historical material is for reflection and record-keeping; it does not promise results or replace professional or emergency help.
