Make logging at the gym easy. KiloRep lets you record weight and reps with a few taps, and tells you what to lift next. Leave your iPhone in the locker — you can log with just your Apple Watch. ■ Log with a few taps • Your last weight and reps are already filled in, so just change what's different and tap "Add Set" • The rest timer starts when you add a set, and a sound tells you when it's time for the next one • Mark warm-up sets and how hard each set felt (RPE) ■ Know what to lift next • Based on your log, see today's target weight, reps and sets — including when to go heavier • Pick a goal (get stronger, lean out and more) in a few taps, or talk it over with the AI coach ■ An AI coach you can talk to • After each workout, get what went well and what to try next time • Ask "What should I do today?" or "I'm still tired" — it answers from your own log • Free and on-device on iPhones with Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 or later). On any other iPhone, the Cloud AI coach is free for 10 requests a month ■ Look back and keep going • Weekly and monthly totals, sets by body part, and new personal records at a glance • Watch your estimated 1RM climb, exercise by exercise • Cardio distance and pace, and body weight, all in one place ■ Turn your training into a Vlog • Film your sets from the logging screen, and the last 5 seconds of each exercise become one vertical video with your weight and reps on top • Blur faces (others only or everyone). Videos stay on your iPhone, and the clips are deleted automatically ■ More • Heart rate and GPS routes for cardio on Apple Watch • 14 theme colors, including Dusty Rose, Lavender, Sage and a brighter Red and Pink. Your app icon and Apple Watch can match • Saved to Apple Health and backed up to iCloud automatically, so your log comes back on a new iPhone • HIIT timer, plate calculator, Notion export • Pounds or kilograms, miles or kilometers — set automatically from your region Logging, history and targets are all free. Ads never appear while you're logging. Remove them with a one-time purchase, or with KiloRep Plus (100 Cloud AI requests a month).
