Zook helps gyms run daily operations and helps members stay connected to their gym. Gym owners and admins can manage memberships, branches, plans, coupons, referrals, staff access, payment records, refunds, receipts, invoices, public gym profiles, shop items, and member communication. Reception teams can use Zook for check-ins, attendance QR codes, entry codes, member lookup, desk workflows, pickup handling, and quick verification. Trainers can view assigned members, training plans, progress updates, and gym communication. Members can find gyms, view gym profiles, manage membership status, check in with QR or entry codes, receive updates, and manage their profile. Any payment flow is for real-world gym memberships, classes, shop pickup, or in-person gym services and happens outside the iOS app through the gym or its configured external checkout. Zook does not sell digital content, subscriptions, or app features through the iOS app and does not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials.
