Hedef Kilo is a simple, privacy-focused weight goal, calorie, and activity tracking app designed to help you monitor progress toward your target weight. Enter your current weight, target weight, target duration, and daily calorie intake. Your current weight comes only from the daily weight entries you record in Hedef Kilo, so older weight records in Apple Health never overwrite your latest entry. With your permission, the app can read available Apple Health data including steps, active energy, exercise minutes, walking and running distance, cycling distance, workout summaries, heart rate, resting heart rate, height, and date of birth for age-based calculations. If Apple Health has no recorded active energy, Hedef Kilo estimates active calories from timestamped iPhone steps, movement duration, your current weight, height, and age. Recorded Apple Health active energy always takes priority. Main features: • Set a target weight and target duration • Record daily weight and calorie intake • View remaining weight and progress percentage • Review steps, active energy, exercise, distance, workouts, and heart-rate information when available • Get a personalized estimated active-calorie value without an Apple Watch • View progress charts and estimated target timing • Configure optional local reminders • Use the app without an account or sign-in Hedef Kilo does not write data to Apple Health. Health data, manual entries, and goal information remain on the device and are not uploaded to a server or shared with third parties. The app does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking. Hedef Kilo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional health guidance. Weight, calorie, activity, and target-duration calculations are estimates intended only for personal tracking. Consult a qualified health professional for health, nutrition, weight-loss, or exercise decisions.
