About

MoveCue

Stop staring at your phone mid-routine. MoveCue runs the exercises you already do hands-free — voice cues, a lock-screen timer, music that keeps playing, and now taps on your Apple Watch. You bring the routine — from your physio, your trainer, a YouTube channel, a printed handout, or your own head. MoveCue is the timer, the voice cue, and the lock-screen Live Activity that keeps you moving without picking up your phone. — New: MoveCue on Apple Watch — • Start a workout on your wrist or your phone. MoveCue taps your wrist at every step while your phone talks you through it. — Run any routine, hands-free — • Set down your phone, listen for the cue, do the rep, repeat. • Voice cues call out each phase ("Hold", "Rest", "Switch sides"). • Real sound cues for every phase, and haptics up to extra-hard so you feel every boundary, even with the phone in a pocket. • Music keeps playing — MoveCue ducks during cues, never stops. • Record your own voice cues, and change the order of exercises mid-workout. — Plan with MoveCue AI — • Describe what you want — "15-minute morning mobility for stiff hips" — and get one session or a full weekly plan you can review, edit, and save. • New: take a photo of a handout or a gym sheet, and MoveCue turns it into a workout. • Optional, and only after you tap to agree. What you type or say, and any photo you attach, goes through our server to our AI provider — never your name, email, age, sex, height, weight or heart rate. — Build it once, run it forever — • Build routines manually, start from a starter routine, pick from the exercise library, or let MoveCue AI do it. • Reps, Timed hold, and Flow — with per-set reps, holds, sides, weights, rests and supersets. • No stock videos, no content treadmill. You bring what your therapist or trainer gave you. — Share routines with anyone — • Send any workout as a link or a QR image. The receiver adds it to their library in one tap. • No MoveCue? They get a clean web preview of the routine. — Stay with it, on your terms — • Reminders on the days you commit to — start now, snooze for 15 or 30 minutes, or skip the day. • Quiet Hours pause reminders during your sleep window. • Off-days and skipped days don't break your streak. — See your progress — • Personal records, with a chart for each exercise. • New: a body map of the areas you've trained, and a Body balance card. • Fix what you logged after a workout, and your records update. • A heat-map colored by how each session felt, streaks, and badges to earn. • Save workouts to Apple Health (optional). Export a PDF or CSV report. — What MoveCue won't do — • Make medical claims. MoveCue helps you follow your routine — it doesn't replace your physio, trainer, or doctor. • Push notifications guilting you about missed days. • Show streak rankings, leaderboards, or social pressure. — Pricing — Free forever, with limits: • 3 saved workouts • Last 7 days of stats and history • Can receive shared workouts • Manual building and starter routines Pro (monthly or yearly subscription): unlimited workouts, full history and heat-map, send + receive shares, MoveCue AI with photo import, and PDF and CSV export. Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. About

Swayni

Features

Swayni is a workout timer that talks you through every move, so you can put the phone down and just train. Follow illustrated demonstrations for all 86 built-in exercises. Browse exercises by body area, or choose areas and a length from Today to generate a quick workout. VOICE COACHING, HANDS-FREE Swayni announces every exercise, set, round and rest out loud, with an up-next preview before the rest ends. Lock the screen or switch apps and the cues keep playing. Voice guidance works offline. APPLE WATCH COMPANION Start a workout on iPhone and Swayni opens on your Apple Watch. Raise your wrist to see the current move, countdown, heart rate and energy, and pause, resume or skip from your wrist, even with your iPhone locked. Workouts are saved to Health and count toward your Activity rings, with average and max heart rate and energy burned when you finish. SEE EACH BODY AREA GROW Body-area analysis shows which areas you have trained and how each one is changing, on a body map you can switch between male and female figures. OPEN IT AND TRAIN Choose body areas and a length, and Swayni puts a workout together in one tap. Want something different? Shuffle for another. Like it? Save it. EVERY EXERCISE GETS STRONGER Each exercise keeps its own history, so you can see your latest sessions and how the movement is progressing. A WEEKLY PLAN THAT FITS A quick setup arranges what to train on each day of the week. The Today tab shows the day's workout at a glance, and an activity heatmap keeps your consistency in view. BUILD IT YOUR WAY Combine prep time, exercises, reps, holds, rounds and rests, nested however you like. Save your own exercises with photos, notes and left or right sides, and preview the full timeline and duration before you begin. ALSO INCLUDED • Official workouts by body area, no equipment needed • A built-in exercise library you can copy from • Lock Screen and Dynamic Island live status • Siri and Shortcuts to start a workout hands-free • Optional background music and rhythm cues • Made for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch SWAYNI PRO Swayni is free to start. Pro adds unlimited saved workouts and exercises, longer-range body-area and exercise analysis, iCloud sync across your devices, pinning a favorite workout to a weekday, personalized theme colors and app icons, and no app recommendations. Your own workout records stay free to view, even if Pro ends. Pro also includes the Apple Watch companion and linked workouts, so a warm-up you edit once stays in sync everywhere. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription (the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers), or as a one-time lifetime purchase that covers offline features; future features that need servers are not included. Prices vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. PRIVACY No account needed. Your workouts, notes, photos and history live on your device, and are synced only through your own iCloud if you turn on Pro sync. Swayni doesn't listen to your microphone, track your movement or assess your form. When you train with Apple Watch, workouts are saved to the Health app with your permission; heart rate and energy are shown on your devices and never uploaded by Swayni. Swayni provides workout guidance, not medical advice. Start conservatively and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
