Recruit a crew. Send them into the dark. Watch them fight, floor by floor, until the torch burns out — then spend the loot and go deeper than last time. 1000 floors across four biomes, and it doesn't stop there. • 465 monsters, each drawn in code — slimes, liches, leviathans, things with too many eyes • Your crew visibly changes as they gear up — plate, capes, crests, and an aura once the drops get rare • Seven rarities up to Godly, which drops past floor 300 and mostly from mythicals • Deep Ranks: past floor 1000 every hundred floors is a permanent rank that prestige can never take back • Five profile ranks earned from lifetime kills, each one a real bonus to damage, defence and speed • One shared skill tree of 28 nodes, five of them uncapped, paid for with Lore from every floor ever cleared • Every weapon, armour piece and charm is drawn — shape from the item, colour from its rarity • Four biomes: the dungeon, a flooded sea, ruins in open sky, and the rot • 16 classes that specialise at level 8 into 32 different kits • A forge to beat your favourite sword into something better, up to +16 on the best gear • Bosses that enrage at half health • Your crew keeps delving while you're away • Prestige into Echoes and start again much stronger • No ads. No energy timers. No waiting to play.

Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Torchfall at 100% against Stockout Zero's 33%. Torchfall also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). Stockout Zero's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
