About

Naplane

Choose a rest timer that fits your available break after reserving wind-down and return time. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Plan and tap Fit My Break. 2. Set the date and time you need to be ready, plus your wind-down and return buffers. 3. Choose a timer that fits, review its schedule and start the actual rest countdown. The existing nap picker, countdown controls, history and reference guide remain available. WHAT TO KNOW The timer tracks elapsed rest, not actual sleep. Buffer choices do not guarantee falling asleep or waking on time. Pausing or delaying a timer can overrun the plan. Use a device alarm for a hard deadline. This is time planning, not medical advice. iPhone and iPad.
