ACCESSIBLE FROM THE START Most apps bolt accessibility on at the end. This one was designed around it: - Dark mode - Adjustable font sizes - High contrast mode - Bold text option - Color blind mode - Available in English and Spanish OUR STORY Disabled Directory was created by Disabled Adventures LLC, a disabled-founded company in Ozark, Missouri. After a back injury changed how our founder moves through the world, he saw how hard it is to simply find out whether a place will work for you — so he built the app he wished existed. Every feature comes from real, lived experience. DISABLED DIRECTORY PRO (OPTIONAL) The whole app is free. If you'd like extra tools and want to support an independent, disabled-owned project, Pro adds a personal Health Manager to track your medications and appointments, offline access to your saved places, and more. Your support keeps this app growing for the entire community. No ads. No account needed to get started. Just real help, built by someone who needs it too. contact@disableddirectory.org YouTube: @DisabledAdventures13 Accessibility information is community- and business-provided and can change — always call ahead to confirm. This app is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, legal, or professional advice. Disabled Directory is free to use. Property managers, lace up. The PM Running Co Step Challenge is a friendly step competition built for the property management community, running from August 1 through September 30 and finishing with a 5K together at the NARPM Annual Convention in Las Vegas. Getting started takes about a minute. Download the app, sign up with your name, company, and NARPM chapter, and connect your step data. The app reads your daily step count straight from Apple Health, so whatever you already use to track your movement keeps working. There's nothing to start, stop, or remember. Your steps sync on their own, and if you take a walk with your phone in your pocket, it counts. Open the app to see where you stand. Your daily and total step counts are front and center, along with your streak and your pace against the rest of the field. The live leaderboard updates throughout the challenge, so you always know whether that evening walk moved you up a spot. You choose the display name you compete under, and you can hide from the public board at any time if you'd rather keep your numbers to yourself. Steps count three ways. You're competing as an individual, but your steps also roll up to your company and to your NARPM chapter. That means one walk feeds your own rank, your office's total, and your chapter's standing at the same time, and it turns a solo habit into something your whole team is in on. Watch your company climb, talk trash in the group chat, and see which chapter is quietly out-walking everyone. It ends in Vegas. The challenge wraps at the NARPM Annual Convention at Mandalay Bay, October 13–15, where we'll run a 5K together and hand out prizes to the top stepper, the top company, and the top chapter. You don't have to be a runner and you don't have to be fast. Show up, get your steps in, and meet the people you've been chasing on the leaderboard all summer. Registration is open now.
