Vaely

Chronic pain is hard to describe in an eleven-minute appointment. Vaely is a pain and symptom tracker that keeps the record for you and turns it into a report your doctor can read. LOG IN SECONDS, EVEN ON A FLARE DAY Say it or tap it. "Everything hurts, took two ibuprofen, barely slept." One sentence becomes a journal entry. On days when a sentence is too much, quick-log tiles and "same as yesterday" take one tap. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Vaely picks out the symptom, severity, medication and mood from what you said and shows them to you before anything is saved. On every other iPhone your words are saved as you said them, and you set the severity yourself. A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR CAN USE Choose a date range and Vaely builds a Doctor Report PDF: a summary first, then charts, medication changes and your own words. Bring it to the appointment, or share it with a caregiver. SEE WHAT CHANGED Severity over time, how often you logged, and a summary of each week: which symptoms and medications kept coming up. With Apple Intelligence, Vaely also points out patterns in your own entries. Observations only. Never predictions, never diagnoses. ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch app logs a symptom with the Digital Crown, or takes a dictated entry. With your iPhone in reach, you review it on your wrist before it is saved. TRACK WHAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE Chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraine, endometriosis, PCOS, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn's disease, diabetes and ADHD are built in. Add any other condition by name: POTS, EDS, long COVID, IBS, ME/CFS, MS. Pro lets you define your own measures too. MEDICATION REMINDERS AND WIDGETS Reminders for the medications you take, and Home Screen widgets that show today at a glance. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no Vaely server. Your journal is stored on your iPhone, and the App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected." Speech is turned into text on your device when on-device recognition is available, and by Apple's speech recognition otherwise; Vaely never stores the audio. Backups are encrypted with a key that stays on your device. PRICING THAT RESPECTS YOU Logging by voice and text is free, with no limit, and three Doctor Reports a year are free. Vaely Pro adds unlimited Doctor Reports, custom tracking and detailed Siri logging for $4.99/month or $39.99/year. On disability or a fixed income? $29.99/year, no verification, no questions. Vaely is a personal wellness journal, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, predict or treat, and it is not a substitute for your clinician. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device Settings. BellySignal is a poop tracker and bowel diary for recording your daily digestive patterns. Log stool form with the Bristol stool chart, urine color, water intake, and food and habits in one place. Start without an account. KEEP A BOWEL MOVEMENT DIARY Choose a Bristol stool type from 1 to 7, record color, and note blood or mucus you notice. Add observations such as belly pain, bloating, urgency, or straining to keep a useful record over time. TRACK WATER, FOOD AND HABITS Log water toward your daily goal and record urine color. Add coffee, alcohol, dairy, spicy food, stress or poor sleep to look back at what happened around changes in your digestion. A pattern does not prove that a food caused a symptom. REVIEW TRENDS AND EXPORT A PDF See your entries together in Trends. Export a PDF summary of the last 90 days from Settings and choose whether to share it at a medical appointment. You can also export a backup file and restore it later. START WITHOUT SIGNING IN Your diary is stored locally by default. An account is optional and does not currently sync your health diary between devices. You choose where exported files go and whether to enable health-platform integration. Some health values, including stool type, symptoms and manually entered weight, are sent to PostHog, which is on by default. The Usage analytics switch controls PostHog only. Firebase Analytics receives usage events without those health values and stays active even when the switch is off. Deleting local entries does not automatically delete analytics data that has already been sent. You can delete your diary entries in Settings. BellySignal is a self-recording tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose IBS, food intolerance or other conditions, determine the cause of symptoms, or provide treatment. Discuss concerns with a qualified healthcare professional. Privacy Policy: https://bellysignal.com/en/legal/privacy/ Terms of Service: https://bellysignal.com/en/legal/terms/
