Scan a meal and see it through a PCOS lens. Cassia scores what is on your plate for glycemic impact, inflammation and hormone-friendliness, estimates calories and macros, and suggests one swap. Log your period and a quick daily check-in, and Insights shows what lines up across your cycle, in your own data. HOW IT WORKS 1. Log a meal: take a photo, pick one from your library, scan a packaged food's barcode or type what you ate. 2. Cassia's AI gives three PCOS-lens scores from 1 to 10, estimated calories and macros, a sentence on how the meal fits your recent logs and one swap with its own scores. 3. Check in each day in six taps: energy, mood, cravings, bloating, skin and hair. 4. Log your period. Cassia estimates your cycle phase from your own history and shows it on Today and in the calendar. TODAY Your week at a glance, the cycle ring with your cycle day and estimated phase, today's check-in and today's plate: calories and macros against a daily reference, if you choose one. Awareness, not a rule. INSIGHTS Charts from your own logs: calories over two weeks, symptoms by cycle phase, how your meals line up with each phase, mood and energy over 30 days, your meal scores and your cycle lengths. Patterns in your data, never a diagnosis. WEEKLY PATTERN READ Once a week, Cassia's AI reads your meals, check-ins and periods and points out up to three patterns, each with its confidence and a small experiment to try. CALENDAR A month view of your periods, estimated phases and expected next period, with every day's meals and check-ins one tap away. GUIDE Ask Cassia's AI about PCOS in general terms: nutrition patterns, cycle basics, common lab markers and how the app's scores work. Educational information, not medical advice. LOG AGAIN Re-log a meal you have scanned before in one tap. SOURCES The sources behind the scores are one tap from every result, including the 2023 international PCOS guideline, ACOG, the CDC and Harvard nutrition resources. YOUR DATA Your logs are stored on your device. Meal photos, and your logs when Cassia writes your weekly read, are sent to our AI providers to be analyzed. Available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese. Cassia requires a subscription or purchase to use premium features, plans detailed below: PREMIUM PLANS ($2.99/week, $7.99/month, $59.99/year, $39.99/year discount): - More AI meal scans - The weekly pattern read - Chats with the Guide The $2.99/week plan and the $59.99/year plan each start with a 3-day free trial.
