FitSimp

FitSimp is the most customizable gym app, built by a gym-goer who actually trains. Plan your training. Log each set. See your progress. FitSimp brings workout plans, an illustrated exercise library, and training history together on iPhone and iPad, with an Apple Watch companion for your paired iPhone. MORE ROOM ON IPAD Use the wider layout to see plans and recovery information side by side. During a workout, keep the previous session alongside your current sets. The layout adapts as you rotate or resize the window. iPhone Duo has its own layouts, folded or open. MAKE YOUR PLAN Build reusable workout templates with exercises, planned sets, and rest times. Choose equipment artwork and colors to recognize each routine at a glance. TRAIN AT ANY GYM Save the gyms where you train and the equipment that each one has. FitSimp shows the exercises that your current gym supports, and it offers a swap when a template needs equipment that the gym lacks. If you allow location access, FitSimp suggests the gym that you are near. KNOW YOUR EXERCISES Browse an illustrated exercise library with muscle information, step guides for 152 exercises, and artwork for 123 built-in equipment entries. Filter the library, add several exercises at once, or create your own exercises with personal photos. KEEP YOUR SESSION MOVING Record weights, reps, timed holds, and distance-based work. Refer to your previous session while logging. When you reach your reps at one weight often enough, FitSimp offers a step-up: one more weight step. You set the rule. Use rest timers, follow your workout on a paired Apple Watch, and check Live Activities on supported devices. SEE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE Review past sessions and training trends. Muscle maps and recovery estimates help you reflect on recent training; they are estimates, not medical advice. MAKE IT YOURS Choose Crimson, Warzone, or Neon Grind, with light and dark appearances. Use FitSimp in English or Simplified Chinese. YOUR RECORDS, ON YOUR DEVICE No FitSimp account required. An optional account signs you in with Apple or with an email address and a password; it does not store your workouts. Workout records are stored locally on each device; they do not automatically sync between iPhone and iPad. Gyms and their locations stay on your device. Apple Health integration is optional, and you control its permissions. Export your records or create a backup from the app. OPTIONAL ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT Choose whether to allow Meta to measure app installs and sessions for FitSimp advertising. Declining does not limit app features. Your workouts and Health data are not sent to Meta. TRY FITSIMP Complete seven workouts free. FitSimp Pro is required to start more workouts after that; your existing history remains available. Monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions are offered. Local prices and any eligible trial are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Workout Recovery

Know whether to push or rest, every single day. RestOrPush reads the health data your Apple Watch already collects and gives you one clear call each morning: Push, Moderate, or Rest. Every verdict comes with a plain reason based on your own body, not a generic rule that treats everyone the same. HOW IT WORKS: RestOrPush learns what is normal for you. On day one it looks at the months of Apple Watch data already stored on your iPhone and builds your personal baseline: your usual resting heart rate, your typical heart rate variability (HRV), and your normal deep sleep. From then on it watches the trend, not just today. A single odd reading is just noise. A few days drifting in the same direction is a real signal. RestOrPush reads that shape and turns it into a verdict you can act on before your first coffee. YOUR MORNING VERDICT Push: your body looks recovered and ready for a hard day. Moderate: you are close to normal, so keep it steady. Rest: your signals are pointing down, so take it easy today. Each verdict explains itself in one sentence. For example: "Your resting heart rate has been climbing for four days, a pattern that usually shows up before you feel run down." ONCE A WEEK: SOMETHING WE NOTICED RestOrPush surfaces one real pattern hidden in your data that you probably did not know about yourself. Things like how two poor nights in a row set you back far more than one, or how your body starts signalling stress days before you actually feel it. QUIET, USEFUL ALERTS No spam and at most one notification a day. You only hear from RestOrPush when a key metric has drifted outside your normal for several days in a row, or when you are having one of your strongest days in months and it is a great time to train hard. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who trains and wants to stop guessing. Runners, lifters, cyclists, and everyday athletes who would rather work with their body than against it. RestOrPush is built for general wellness and training decisions. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Free 3-day trial, then a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
