Your labs were normal. Your days weren’t. MeNome is a clinical record and a pattern engine, held by the patient. It was built for the person who has been sick for years, has a folder of results that all came back “normal,” and has stopped expecting to be believed. Forty-five seconds a night builds a dated, structured record of your illness as it is actually lived. Every night an engine built for clinical research reads that record against every night before it. By about two weeks you have something no memory can give you: the dates, the pattern, and one plain sentence for the next appointment. THE RECORD Five symptoms on a clinical scale: pain, bloating, nausea, fatigue, bowel function. Then food, fluid, sleep, mood and a note if you have them. Every entry is dated the night it is made. Nothing is reconstructed later. The vocabulary follows the Rome criteria, the international standard gastroenterologists use, so the record speaks a clinician’s language without asking you to learn it. THE ENGINE MeNome does not count your symptoms. It reads them together: which move with which, which lead and which follow, what precedes your worst days, and whether the system is holding its line or beginning to break apart. It says “still calibrating” while the record is short rather than inventing a finding. BELLYSCORE Your gut on a 0 to 100 scale anchored to your own baseline, reported in four bands: Steady, Sensitive, Strained, Flared. It measures you against you, never against a healthy stranger. THE MAP Six connected systems, redrawn every night from your record. Your symptoms never stayed in one specialty. Neither does the map. THE PHYSIOLOGICAL READ An optional thirty-second read of your nervous system through the camera and microphone. Nothing to wear, nothing to buy. Skip it whenever you like. THE SENTENCE, AND THE EXPORT “This is the fourth episode in ninety days. Here are the dates.” When the record has shape, MeNome puts it into one plain sentence with the dates behind it, and exports a summary a clinician reads in a minute. We cannot promise how the visit goes. We can promise you will not walk in from memory. THE FORECAST (PREMIUM) With enough record, the engine projects your own pattern forward: the conditions that have preceded your worst days, and the direction the coming weeks are likely to take if nothing changes. Drawn only from your history, stated with its uncertainty. It is not a diagnosis. NO STREAKS, NO SHAME Miss a night, miss a week. Nothing resets, nothing scolds. A record with gaps is still a record, and still more than memory. YOURS Your record belongs to you. Never sold, never traded, shared only when you choose to export it. Delete your account and it is deleted. BUILT BY An emergency physician who has said “your labs are normal” to people he knew were not fine, with an independent clinical advisory board across emergency medicine, gastroenterology, pain research and patient experience. FREE TO START The nightly entry, BellyScore, the physiological read and the map are free. MeNome Premium adds the forecast, the full nutrient picture and the clinician export: $9.99 a month or $89 a year after a two-week trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Anyone who joined while the app was fully free keeps the access they were promised, for life. MeNome is a wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for medical care. Severe, sudden or worsening symptoms belong in the emergency department. Trace Elements is a private, offline food diary for people on a restricted diet — a low-nickel diet for Systemic Nickel Allergy Syndrome (SNAS) or nickel-sensitive dermatitis, or a low-cobalt diet. Log what you eat and the app estimates how much nickel (or cobalt) each meal and each day adds up to, against a daily limit you set. It works fully offline, has no account, no ads, and no tracking. Your data stays on your iPhone. FAST DAILY LOGGING • Add foods to Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks • Enter amounts in grams or common serving sizes • A progress ring shows your running daily total at a glance • Copy a meal forward from yesterday with one tap • Save favorite meals and re-add them in seconds A FOOD DATABASE THAT GROWS WITH YOU • Hundreds of foods with reference values from the Rebelytics low-nickel and low-cobalt diet datasets • Edit or add your own values — they're saved and reused • Scan a packaged product's barcode to pull in its ingredient list • Can't find a food? Look it up in the USDA FoodData Central database, or use the in-app web lookup. These optional lookups are the only times the app goes online. RECIPES • Build compound foods (a sandwich, a stew, a takeout order) from ingredients and the app totals them automatically • Save them as reusable recipes SEE YOUR TRENDS • A calendar colors each day Good, Caution, or Over against thresholds you choose • Keep a per-day journal with mood and notes PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No sign-in, no user accounts • No advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs • Camera images from barcode and menu scans are read on the device and never stored or uploaded TRACE ELEMENTS PRO (optional subscription) • Track cobalt alongside nickel, with its own daily limit and dataset • Scan a restaurant menu: photograph it, pick your dish, and its ingredients are looked up — on supported iPhones, your phone's own on-device AI can estimate ingredients and portions without anything leaving the device • Export PDF reports to share with your clinician • Back up and restore everything: to a file, or to your own iCloud • $1.99 per month or $12.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase. • Prefer a one-time thank-you? A tip jar is there too. Core tracking stays free. Managing it day to day was harder than it needed to be, and this was the only way I knew how to help. If it makes your days a little easier too, it's done its job. Please note: Trace Elements is a self-tracking aid. Reference values are estimates and vary by source, growing region, and preparation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your diet and any food sensitivities.
