Cognition Daily is a free app that helps you build and keep the everyday habits that support brain health. YOUR BRAIN HEALTH SCORE Check in on the five pillars that research links to long-term brain health: physical activity, diet, sleep, mindfulness, and social connection. Each week your check-ins roll up into a single Brain Health Score and a trend chart, so you can see where you are strong and where a small change would help. APPLE HEALTH, IF YOU CHOOSE Connect Apple Health and your weekly activity, sleep, and mindfulness tracking fills in automatically from your step count, exercise minutes, workouts, sleep analysis, and mindful minutes. Cognition Daily only reads this data. It never writes to Apple Health, and you can disconnect at any time. BRAIN GAMES Keep your mind active with Memory, Sudoku, Word Search, and Jumble Word. Pick a difficulty, beat your best time, and track your progress week by week. SCREENING TOOLS Take widely used self-report questionnaires at your own pace, including depression (PHQ), anxiety (GAD), PC-PTSD-5, head injury history (OSU TBI-ID), adult reading history (ARHQ), the SATURN cognitive screen, a dementia type screen, a Parkinson's keystroke timing screen, and a Quality of Life survey. Results come with clear next steps and crisis and support resources. These tools are for education and self-awareness only. They do not diagnose any condition and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. DAILY TIPS AND RESOURCES Get a daily, evidence-based tip with its source, plus a resource hub with helplines, support groups, cost-saving programs, free learning, and local services based on your area. BUILT TO BE READ The whole app follows your system text size, including the larger accessibility sizes, so questions, answers, and scale labels scale with you. You can also switch the app to OpenDyslexic, a typeface some readers find more comfortable, and that choice follows your account to every device you sign in on. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Your data is protected with device encryption, encrypted in transit, never sold, and never used for advertising. You can delete your account and all of your data from inside the app at any time. Cognition Daily is free, with no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
