Running Log
Read full descriptionHide full description
A running log you fill in yourself: type the distance and the time, and every number a runner cares about โ pace per kilometre, speed, splits, weekly mileage, streak โ is worked out for you. Most run apps demand GPS, a charged watch and a signal, then hand you a map you never asked for. RunLog is the opposite: a hand-kept training journal. You log the run after you finish, sketch the route freehand with your finger, rate how it felt, and the app turns those two numbers into real training data. Treadmill runs, track sessions, trail loops with no reception, runs you did before you ever installed an app โ all of it fits. WHAT YOU GET - Pace, speed and per-kilometre splits calculated the second you enter distance and time - A freehand route sketch on every run, so each entry has a map you actually recognise - A calendar that lights up your run days and counts your current streak - Weekly mileage against the goal you set, week by week - Charts for the last 14 days, six weeks of volume, and your pace trend over recent runs - Season totals plus personal bests โ longest run and fastest pace โ kept automatically PERFECT FOR - Runners chasing a first 5K or 10K who want proof they are getting faster - Half and marathon trainees tracking weekly volume through a plan - Treadmill, track and no-signal trail runners GPS keeps letting down - Anyone rebuilding a habit who needs the streak to stay unbroken WHY NOT JUST USE A GPS APP? Because GPS only records runs you remembered to start. It drops out under trees, drifts on a treadmill, and dies with your battery. A manual log never misses a run, never inflates your distance, and takes fifteen seconds โ and the mood, effort and notes you add are the part you will still want to read next season. PRIVACY Every run stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics SDK, nothing uploaded. The app works completely offline. FULL ACCESS Full access unlocks freehand route sketching, kilometre splits and pace insights, the streak calendar, the progress charts and unlimited run history. Choose weekly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase โ the lifetime option is a single payment with no renewal. Finish your next run, open the app, and log it before you take your shoes off. Unpack
Read full descriptionHide full description
A minute of talking becomes a season you can read back. Unpack is a voice training journal for the part of training that numbers leave out: how a session felt, what was on your mind and what your body had to say. After a run, a ride, a swim or a gym session, you can record a short voice note. Unpack turns your words into an organized journal entry, ready to revisit alongside the rest of your training. YOUR WORDS BECOME A JOURNAL Effort, feelings, niggles, sleep, gear and recurring themes find their place in your diary. You can check the entry and correct its fields whenever something needs changing. THE WEEK, IN CONTEXT Weekly and monthly reports bring your notes together. The heavy legs that came up again, a change in sleep, a session that felt different: your impressions become easier to revisit across the weeks. NIGGLES AND GEAR, OVER TIME Mentions of a calf niggle or a pair of shoes stay connected to the sessions around them. You can return to what you said and follow the history in your diary. DATA BESIDE YOUR WORDS With supported connections to Garmin, intervals.icu, TrainingPeaks and Wahoo, imported sessions can sit beside your notes. The data available depends on the platform, device and account. You can also use Unpack without connecting a device. ROOM FOR YOUR SPORT Running, cycling, swimming and triathlon, as well as strength training, yoga, tennis, padel, climbing and team sports. The diary starts with what you experienced, in your own words. YOUR DIARY, AT YOUR PACE Training days and rest days belong in the same story. Your journal gives you a place to revisit them on your own or during a conversation with your coach. PRIVACY Recordings are deleted as soon as processing is complete. If processing fails, audio is kept temporarily for a retry, as described in the privacy policy. Journal text is encrypted at rest on servers in Europe. You can request deletion of your account and its contents from the app. Available in English, Italian, French, Spanish and German.
