Freight Syndicate is a neon-noir trucking strategy game where you start with a small operation and build a city-spanning freight empire. Run legal freight for steady cash, take riskier loads for bigger payouts, expand into new cities, buy properties, hire crew, and strengthen your fleet. Rival carriers push back for territory, so every route, asset, and upgrade matters. Features: - Run freight jobs affected by fuel prices, weather, demand, heat, and city control. - Buy semis, dump trucks, straight trucks, flatbeds, properties, cars, and armored assets. - Grow from Driver to Boss to Kingpin CEO through levels and ranks. - Fight rival carriers for control of Chicago, Gary, Detroit, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Dallas, Irving, Garland, Grand Prairie, and Mesquite. - Earn passive income from properties and keep an eye on energy timers, heat, and rival pressure. Freight Syndicate uses fictional crime-tycoon flavor and is designed as stylized strategy entertainment.

Running a production line is the easy part. Managing an unpredictable workforce... that's the real challenge! You run a contract packaging plant. The lines, the automation, the capital ā all yours to command. But the one input that decides whether you ship or sink is the one you control least: your crew. Co-Pack is a daily-staffing sim about running a real workforce, one shift at a time. Every morning is a decision. At each standup the board wipes clean and you re-staff from whoever actually showed up. A line only produces when Induct, Pack, and Stage are all covered. Fill the slots, hit Start Shift, and watch the cartons roll ā or scramble when half your bench no-shows. The cycle you'll spend the game mastering: ⢠A deep bench covers bad mornings ā but anyone you don't place goes home unpaid and sours ⢠Push output with overtime and morale drops; buy it back with meals and raises and cash drops ⢠Too lean and one absence stalls a line; too fat and you bleed money and goodwill Build something that lasts. ⢠Sign contracts with real deadlines ā beat them or take a reputation hit ⢠Promote leads, convert temps to permanent staff, and upgrade automation ⢠Open new lines for true parallel production ⢠Hire a floor supervisor so shifts keep running while you're away No pressure, no catch. ⢠Free to play ⢠No ads ⢠No in-app purchases ⢠Offline progress ā come back to a "while you were away" report Clock in, boss. The floor is yours.
