Co-Pack is a daily-staffing sim about running a real workforce, one shift at a time. Every morning is a decision. At each standup the board wipes clean and you re-staff from whoever actually showed up. A line only produces when Induct, Pack, and Stage are all covered. Fill the slots, hit Start Shift, and watch the cartons roll — or scramble when half your bench no-shows.
